Cobalion works fine with Timid, just go Calm Mind.
Though the lack of HP Ghost means the need to go Substitute instead.

Late but I would keep. The 30 special attack sucks but in RU hp electric has plenty of uses and plus calm mind ftw

I want to RNG a Pokemon and get as many ribbons on it as possible (ya know... for fun :P). You get a special ribbon for purifying a Pokemon in XD / Colosseum, so it has to be from those games.

Any interest here in a Hong Kong Infernape event? Might do a giveaway if enough people are interested. No guaranteed IV's but you get a cherish ball Infernape which is cool I guess.
I would. And if it has mildly usable IVs it would be better (The Cherish Ball matches the Ape pretty well).

Is it even possible to chain for a decent Unown in ORAS? I can't find much of those in that Mirage Cave, and when I do, I can't even get near before they disappear and move again. Any suggestions? I might just RNG abuse one if I get my DS Lite back if this doesn't work. xD
The chances are really just too slim, for you to get a good one, by dexnaving. I suggest that you just RNG abuse it, or get someone who can RNG to do it (I'd help you, but I'm still a newbie to it).
