Two things to say; Number one is, you failed you're synch so that should be the first indicator that you should toss. Number two is, you didn't even like the nature you ended up getting which should be the second indicator to toss.

Why bother asking based on these two things?

I mean...his info says he's from italy, so it's possible it's a HA zapdos which you can't synch

I feel dumb now. At least I have something to do this evening and, thinking about my lucky, the next week.

EDIT: I just noticed that I didnt have the newsletter active until now. Does anyone have an idea when and how I can get the codes for zapi and the other birdies ?

lol yeah, i can't synch it because it's HA Aldora's bird :)
however, i got this, and it should be better than the last one:
HA Zapdos (Impish) 31/31/31/29/31/31
RNG doesn't want give me a special Zapdos :(

I'd advice to toss this. As mentioned before: physical sets are not good for Zapdos, although you'd be able to make good use of it's HA at least in this case.
Don't give up, your timid, calm or bold Zapdos WILL come! :)

U prolly tossed. I'd say this is actually a decent keep, but I'm not sure cuz Static interferes with it being TR. If you need a flawless HP Ice w/e I'm sure someone else will get that, but this is really unique, so I'd keep and would definitely b interested in trading for it. One big issue is Brave insted of Quiet means you ought to be physically oriented.

EDIT: btw, I'd also keep if you get a flawless Modest one. Offensive isn't usually what you want to do with Zap, but SpA is its highest stat, so it kinda balances out IMO.

Nelson Tangela soft reset a 31/31/31/xx/31/31 Careful Mew and gave it away (Mattapod was a distributor). Maybe someone has a copy and wouldn't mind giving it to you?

Just caught a 31/31/31/30/14-15/31 Hasty Tornadus.

I was going to use it in Therian form with an Assault Vest, but seeing the SpDef stat really makes me think twice. But everything else is so good that I really don't know if I'm likely to get a better one.

So... should I keep it? Or keep resetting?

I'd say to toss it. As you mentioned, that Special Defence is too low.

The Special Defense is so low, I really question why you bothered to check it further. (really, anything lower than 28 for a relevant stat should be tossed without a second thought. 30 if you're looking to trade) Is it likely you'll get a better one? Not immediately, but it will happen eventually.
