Only WISHMKR Jirachi until recently. I never heard of Shiny Manaphy not passing through.
 
Genuinely need opinions.

I reset Lance's Dragonite, Calm 31/0/31/31/31/31. I know that to make use of this Dragonite so that it's not entirely outclassed by Multiscale Nites I should be aiming for a +def or +SpD nature. But the 34 point differential between Atk & SpA seems to large to ignore. The only legit benefit that I see is that Dnite doesn't have worry about contact items or abilities.

So keep or toss? I've already tossed flawless Calm, Timid, & Modest before but idk.

You mistyped the stats of the Dragonite so I'm going to assume that attack is the missing stat. If attack is the missing stat why wouldn't you keep it? With a calm nature it's attack is poor anyway and everything else is flawless.

Edit: Never mind I misread your post. Even still, definitely looks like a keeper

I suggest that you keep. There's genuine reasons to run special Barrier Dragonite over Physical ones. You won't have Dragon Dance, but you get less residual damage from hitting Pokemon like TankChomp, Ferrothorn and Rocky Helmet Lando-T. I think a set like Roost, Toxic, Barrier, Ice Beam/Fire Blast could work.

Well, you can skip putting it to sleep entirely and just use the Prankster Sableye (holding Air Balloon) to get your Speed and HP check and go from there. In OR/AS, Rayquaza's catch rate is 45, so a Dusk Ball at night should work fine with a bit of whittling its HP down after "confirming" 31 HP. (you can't catch it while it's using Fly) Still, if you want to SR most of the legendary Pokemon available in gen 6, Smeargle is going to be utilized a lot, weak as it may be.

I like it. 0 Atk with a negative nature is nice, tho DNite's naturally high Atk means SwagPlay strats can still do a lot if you have no Barriers. Calm idk about, but it doesn't seem too bad. And this DNite is kind of a gimmick anyways, not some fancy legendary you should be stressing over.
 
Are there any flawless Careful pentagon non-shiny Jirachi around here yet?

I just SR'd one and would share it, if it doesn't mean that I'd kill the trade value for somebody else who is actively looking for trades here and offering one of these already.

IVs are 31/31/31/09/31/31.

PS: I checked Thomaz' list, but not sure how up-to-date that is.

It's not super up-to-date I'm afraid, but aren't most Jirachis shiny to begin with? Unless I'm missing something.

Nope sorry, not interested in flawed mons (even if it's just 1 point in HP).

BUT I'll probably start a giveaway for my Careful Jirachi some time this weekend and give a few fully-redis/free-redis copies away, so you might get one of mine that way.*
*I'm not promising that you'll get one, because my stock will be limited since these can't be distributed over the GTS. If you're fast enough you can have one for free then. If not, feel free to trade for a copy with whoever gets it.

EDIT: Found a distributor. Marowak2000 has copies and will give them away.

A question: Ultimately I plan to soft reset for Entei, Suicune, and Raikou. I know their availability comes in 20 minute windows. If I land in their area, save, and then soft reset as desired, will the same Pokémon keep coming up per reset or will I have to wait for the given time window to come back?

It depends on when you land at the Trackless Forest and doesn't change until you leave the area and return again.
