Bit of backstory: I had my Intimidate Incineroar (and his many offsprings) on my digital copy of Ultra Sun (downloaded on SD card). My 3DS sadly broke, so I bought another. But when I put my old SD card (with all of my games in there), it shows as if it was empty, when it is, in fact, full (checked on my PC).
I of course contacted my country´s Nintendo branch, and they switched my old 3ds account onto my new one. Which gave me the option to redownload those games (but without the save states - tested on Pokemon Crystal). Currently trying to get my old safe back, but communication with Nintendo has been less then stellar, so I don´t know when, and if ever, I get those games back. And as Incineroar would be VGC legal soon, I would like one ASAP. Tried GTS, but no luck. :-/
