Naw, youre good Skipper. Thoughts are good. I think part of the issue D1 is people were too conservative with sharing reads (or strong reads, anyways) so d1 wagons took off haphazardly. The game is all about finding fellow townies and compromise voting. And its important to know how people feel even if its not well argued yet. If you pist half-baked reads thats actually not bad because it gives other players a chance to track your mindset as you go.

Do you have any insight to what mafia might’ve been doing yesterday if you are town? Who had the best/worst eod to you?

Omg Its not like DBD has been a paragon of town posting this game. When I said he was a safe lynch yesterday he started immediately pushing for no lynch then a neon PL then he started townreading(?) Neon for a weird reason. His progression of thought just does not make sense to me as a town thinking individual.

Again, him being afk could contribute to that. But he had to be specifically asked for reads twice, it just feels like he panicked as scum and then struggled to find his footing again. The fact hes a PV just makes it safer and objectively less risk than a random lynch. Not to mention his posts felt like blatant placating.

Pulsar's EOD was shaky but doesn't make me read her as scum as I mentioned, mafia was probably trying to push both wagons in order to ensure a miselimination between me and M2H and would probably be fine with the apricity flashwagon as well

Something that makes me really worried is that there was not a single vote on Mafia d1, considering Saber and I are townies and M2H is conftown

Unsure why Flandrs decided to try and flashwagon Saber at EOD? I don't see the reasoning behind it at all

The reason why I couldn't give reads unprompted was because I was in Vancouver on vacation, I gave what reads I could from the airport terminal while waiting for my flight. The Neon policy vote was rash, I'll accept that (I wasn't focused on the game at that time)

oh i wasnt referring to you theres a reason i bolded and addressed to everyone, it feels a lot of the slots that im shaky on have at least a sl on dbd based on setup speculation, and while I don't disagree, I want to force interactions between them to resolve them better

Vengeful is a role that rarely gets picked for mafia. According to M2H you havent misread him before. You met his threats to shoot you with bluster. If you were town and lost two town on that interaction, 2 STRONG town, dont you think the game is kind of over? Or you think Apricity shows up and carries D2?

Like I said, I never vote vengeful here, just seems like a huge trap town wanders into every time. I think your motivation in interacting with m2h that way was possibly (1) save DBD and (2) act unafraid of a vigshot which makes people think you are town for sticking to your conviction. But I dont see where this conviction on m2h came from. I thought m2h was scummy early game but that was mostly due to inactivity.

I mean I thought he was mafia, the meeting his threats with bluster was mostly the fact he felt like he was in his scum meta to me, and getting shot by mafia isn’t really that big a deterrence for me

Vengeful is mafia in every scenario which the mafia has 3 players, so it’s not THAT unlikely + it’s the safest vote since we want that role to die at some point to get a kill off regardless if it is town

I think you’re being as uncharitable to me as is possible in this game, like the world where I big brain am mafia, knowingly voting town (who everyone believed was going to shoot me) is kind of non existent imo, did anyone really believe m2h was going to shoot anyone but me, especially before I went to bed? I don’t think so

I am good as mafia I like to think and most people would agree, but I’m not good enough to mind read m2h and realise they are not going to shoot me, I put my life on the line for the vote and was willing to die to get m2h over, I didn’t but the conviction was there and that is the most clearing thing anyone has done this game imo

If you look at my play with any sort of charitable light you realise I had no tmi on m2h alignment yesterday

I don't think there's any reason to believe Lechen is Town Faith Healer
 
AngryPidgeon is my hardest townread by far, Extremely commited to solving and is shining as Town in my eyes.

I'm fairly trustworthy of Flandrs as well, for reasons I can't super articulate rn
