Teams for Week 25

:Samurott-Hisui::Baxcalibur::Iron Valiant::Sandy Shocks::Walking Wake::Gholdengo:
Baxcalibur + Iron Valiant HO by LudwigFrog

DD Baxcalibur and SD Iron Valiant make for a potent duo able to break pass most of the tier. Samurott-Hisui is the usual lead thanks to Ceaseless Edge setting up Spikes. Sandy Shocks helps deal with Corviknight and Skeledirge, and completes the hazard stacking core with its Stealth Rock. Agility Walking Wake is the Water resist of the team, with Substitute letting it deny revenge killing attempts from Kingambit's Sucker Punch and yo annoy non Sludge Bomb Toxapex. Gholdengo rounds out the team, acting as a Fairy resist and blocking hazard removal. More details in Ludwig's RMT.

:Zapdos::Heatran::Baxcalibur::Amoonguss::Great Tusk::Maushold:
Maushold BO by Dragonite4242

Maushold's Tidy Up and Population Bomb make it a potent wallbreaker and hazard removal, with Encore + Tera Ghost letting it annoy Zamazenta and Sneasler trying to hit it with a Close Combat or Body Press. Rapid Spin Great Tusk complements the hazard removal core, with Rocky Helmet being useful to punish U-turns and Samurott's Ceaseless Edge, and Ice Spinner letting it chip at Landorus-Therian. Zapdos is used for its offensive presence, with 88 HP EVs allowing it to take a Draco Meteor from Timid Dragapult. Heatran and Amoonguss round out the defensive core, with the former outspeeding Adamant Kingambit and some Jolly Kingambit. More details in Dragonite4242's RMT.

:Slowking-Galar::Iron Valiant::Volcanion::Zapdos::Great Tusk::Kingambit:
Toxic Spikes Slowking-G BO by Tysonslayer

With Toxic Spikes + Future Sight, Slowking-G forces the Toxic Spikes to stay up or threatens Poison-types with a Future Sight hit. Expert Belt Iron Valiant complements this breaking core, with Close Combat hitting Steel-types like Heatran that resist Future Sight and are immune to Toxic Spikes, and with Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots from Skeledirge and threatening opposing Slowking-Galar. Bulky Kingambit acts as the Shadow Ball resist of the team, with Leftovers giving it more longevity. The team is round out with a Water resist in Volcanion, a Ground immunity in Zapdos, and hazard control with Great Tusk.

Teams for Week 26

:Grimmsnarl::Ursaluna::Slowbro-Galar::Iron Hands::Kingambit::Enamorus-Therian:
Mono Quick Claw BO by Delibird Heart

Taking over the ladder by storm seemingly out of nowhere, this mono Quick Claw team opts for a bulky approach not seen very much before, abusing Screens and the bulk of some of the strongest Pokemon in the tier in Ursaluna, Kingambit, and Iron Hands. Spirit Break Grimmsnarl is specifically used over other screeners to 2HKO Samurott-Hisui. Thanks to Quick Claw, Kingambit can afford to not run Sucker Punch and instead run both Low Kick and Iron Head. Slowbro-Galar gets even more opportunities to move before the opponent thanks to Quick Draw, and makes use for Tera Water + Surf for a solid defensive typing with good neutral coverage. More details on the team and other Quick Claw abusers can be found in Delibird Heart's forum post.

:Enamorus-Therian::Cinderace::Dragapult::Slowking-Galar::Kingambit::Great Tusk:
Enamorus-Therian Balance by Foufakirby

This team makes use of Iron Defense + Calm Mind Enamorus-T, a slow yet dangerous setup sweeper that can take over games rather quickly. Grass Knot Slowking-Galar helps against Dondozo and Garganacl, with it also running Earthquake to help against Heatran. Great Tusk and Cinderace are used for hazard control, and Sub + Will-O-Wisp Dragapult provides Speed and a secondary Zamazenta check to the team. Finally Kingambit is used as the Shadow Ball resist of the team, with Tera Flying helping to bait Iron Valiant's Close Combat and Baxcalibur's Earthquake. More details in the RMT.

:Tornadus::Great Tusk::Enamorus-Therian::Kingambit::Basculegion-F::Hatterene:
Enamorus-T + Basculegion-F Tailwind by AgencyIsOwn

With 2 Tailwind users and 3 pivoting items, this team aims to enable slow yet strong breakers in Enamorus-Therian, Basculegion-F, and Kingambit. Enamorus-T in particular is able to outspeed most unboosted threats with Tailwind up, and threatens to OHKO Corviknight and Air Balloon Gholdengo with Tera Fire Mystical Fire. Hatterene not only negates hazards and pivots with Eject Button, but is also able to heal back a teammate with Healing Wish. Tera Water Great Tusk improves the rain and Baxcalibur matchups and makes for a weaker yet faster threat with Tailwind up, able to outspeed opposing Basculegion in rain, and Booster Energy Iron Valiant.

Teams for Week 27

:Greninja::Heatran::Iron Valiant::Great Tusk::Amoonguss::Zapdos:
Battle Bond Greninja BO by LudwigFrog

Description by LudwigFrog: Greninja has been a hidden gem upon the release of Pokémon Home. With one boost, Greninja is capable of sweeping through offensive teams, with it's coverage and strong Hydro Pump. Tera Ghost allows Greninja to be immune to Extreme Speed from Dragonite, making it even harder to revenge KO. Heatran is put onto the team due to Greninja's struggle vs Stall. Heatran is able to trap and break down stall very easily. Iron Valiant gives the team a secondary sweeper who is able to threaten special walls with it's physical attacks. Great Tusk gives the team a semi physical breaker, while also supporting the team through Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin. Amoonguss helps the team deal with troublesome fairies such as Enamorus and Iron Valiant. Red Card allows for Amoonguss to phase out boosted enemies, preventing them from sweeping the team. Zapdos gives the team a flying type, and is able to help come in on physical attackers, and pivot out with the use of Volt Switch.

:Dragapult::Zamazenta::Sneasler::Maushold::Mew::Kingambit:
Mew + Maushold Screens by fa500

This team features some of the most instantly dangerous Pokemon in the tier in Sneasler, Tera Dark Kingambit, Zamazenta, and of course Mew and Maushold. Draining Kiss allows Mew lets it hit the Dark-types that are immune to Stored Power, with Tera Fairy granting it a resistance to their attacks and further boosting Draining Kiss to a 60 base power stab move. Maushold and Tera Dark Kingambit are the main breakers against stall, with the former also helping the team deal with hazards. Be careful of Choice Scarf Samurott-Hisui, as it threatens Dragapult and Maushold which usually does well against Focus Sash variants.

:Glimmora::Grimmsnarl::Articuno-Galar::Azumarill::Sneasler::Roaring Moon:
Articuno-Galar + Azumarill Screens by AgencyIsOwn

Articuno-Galar is yet another Stored Power + Tera Blast Fighting user, with this team using Weakness Policy + Agility to more easily break pass offensive teams. With Dondozo usage being on the lower end, and Skeledirge going down to UU, Azumarill is able to threaten most teams and at worst trade with them, all while being able to soft check Iron Valiant, Baxcalibur, and Walking Wake. Taunt Roaring Moon helps the team against more bulky teams, with Dire Claw Sneasler being able to potentially cripple a wall as well.

Teams for Week 28

:Samurott-Hisui::Slowking-Galar::Dragapult::Kingambit::Great Tusk::Iron Valiant:
Swords Dance Samurott-Hisui BO by artifice.

While a great lead, thats far from the only thing Samurott-Hisui can do. Swords Dance lets it become a potent breaker that supports itself and its teammates by setting up Spikes. This enables cleaners such as Kingambit, which runs Air Balloon on this team to help handle Baxcalibur. The team also features Colbur Berry + Thunder Wave Slowking-Galar, an increasing popular set that lets Slowking cripple a great amount of threats including Knock Off Iron Valiant. More details in the RMT.

:Dragonite::Zamazenta::Great Tusk::Slowking-Galar::Kingambit::Rotom-Wash:
Choice Band Zamazenta BO by Vkhss

Choice Band Zamazenta + Choice Band Dragonite paired with Toxic Spikes and Future Sight support make for a potent breaking core, with Tera Dark Kingambit being the cleaner for the team. The last slot goes to Choice Scarf Rotom-Wash, which runs Tera Blast Fairy to take on the Dragons that resist both of its stabs, as well as resisting a Close Combat or Knock Off from Iron Valiant and then KO it with Tera Blast.

:Arcanine-Hisui::Iron Treads::Kingambit::Dragapult::Amoonguss::Enamorus-Therian:
Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui BO by Storm Zone

Arcanine-Hisui is one of the new Home Pokemon which we haven't seen much of. Its access to high base power STAB moves in Head Smash and Flare Blitz, enhanced by priority Extreme Speed and Tera Normal make it for a potent breaker. SpDef Iron Treads and PhysDef Amoonguss are the defensive backbone of the team, with the former being able to remove hazards and take on Gholdengo's attack far more reliably than Great Tusk. Kingambit and Enamorus-Therian are both cleaners for the team, and both run Water as their Tera type.

This project has been going on for a bit over 7 months. Thank you to everyone who has participated in some way or another. In an effort to improve everyone's experience, we are putting up a small survey to gather thoughts on the teams. Thank you once again!

Teams of the Week 29

:Great Tusk::Rotom-Wash::Scizor::Dragapult::Gholdengo::Samurott-Hisui:
Tera Blast Water Gholdengo Offense by artifice. and Srn

This team uses Gholdengo to not only defend Samurott-Hisui's Spikes and Great Tusk's Stealth Rock from Rapin Spin and Defog attempts, but it also uses Tera Blast Water to bait in Cinderace trying to Court Change the hazards away. Dragapult also helps defend the team from Rapid Spin and provides speed control. Tera Steel, Fairy and Dark on Great Tusk, Rotom-W, and Scizor respectively help aliviate some pressure the team can struggle against such as from repeated Shadow Ball or Dragon-type attacks.

:Blissey::Cyclizar::Alomomola::Dondozo::Clodsire::Corviknight:
Cyclizar Stall by SupaGmoney

Description by SupaGmoney: This team features Cyclizar as a Knock Off and Rapid Spin user that can threaten common Rapid Spin blockers like Gholdengo with Overheat or Knock Off. Cyclizar also beats Heatran by knocking off Leftovers and stalling out Magma Storm PP with U-Turn and Rapid Spin. Iron Defense + Body Press Corviknight is also included to beat Ursaluna and Iron Head is a nice move to catch Iron Valiant and Enamorus by surprise. Tera Ghost Alomomola can be used to keep up Hazards against Great Tusk if needed and beats threats like Block Garganacl when used in tandem with Cyclizar. Finally, Protect Blissey beats most variants of Future Sight Slowking-Galar. Because Blissey is running Protect, Amnesia Clodsire is tasked with the job of walling special setup sweepers, and runs some Defense EVs to improve its matchup against Psyshock Iron Valiant. More details in the RMT.

:Greninja::Iron Valiant::Kingambit::Glimmora::Landorus-Therian::Iron Moth:
Battle Bond Greninja HO by Bluecliqse and CitroSucks

Battle Bond Greninja makes for a great cleaner thanks to its coverage and Speed. Tera Ghost lets it prevent revenge killing attempts from Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Breloom's Mach Punch, and can also help bait Sneasler's Close Combat, given the team's struggle against it. Spiky Shield into Energy Ball lets Glimmora beat Samurott-Hisui leads, and Energy Ball into Spiky Shield lets it potentially take on Great Tusk. While the paste has 192 Speed Kingambit, max Speed in another option that lets it at worse Speed tie against other Adamant Kingambit.

Teams for Week 30

:Sneasler::Gholdengo::Ting-Lu::Dragonite::Great Tusk::Samurott-Hisui:
Protective Pads Sneasler BO by Savouras

With Protective Pads and Poison Touch, Sneasler is able to safely spread Poison and pivot out of would be checks Zapdos, Amoonguss, Great Tusk, and Landorus-Therian, and Moltres, without fearing Static, Flame Body, and Rocky Helmet. Hazard support from Samurott-Hisui, Great Tusk and Ting-Lu, makes switching around it much more difficult. Defensive Gholdengo protects hazards from Rapid Spin and Defog attempts and threatens Amoonguss and Corviknight that aren't afraid of Sneasler's Poison Touch; it opts to run Tera Fairy which gives it a great defensive typing that removes all of its weaknesses and in particular grants it with a resistance to Dark-type attacks such as Iron Valiant's Knock Off and Kingambit's Sucker Punch. Watch the WCoP game where this team was used.

:Ursaluna::Drifblim::Rillaboom::Enamorus-Therian::Sneasler::Samurott-Hisui:
Drifblim + Ursaluna Grassy Terrain by mimilimi

Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain enables potent setup sweepers that make use of Grassy Seed and Grassy Terrain's passive recovery. Since Rillaboom itself isnt dealing damage, it can instead focus on running special bulk to be able to take hits from special variants of Enamorus, Iron Valiant, Dragapult, and Hoopa-Unbound, and pivot out with U-turn. Ursaluna is the main breaker, with Grassy Terrain offsetting the damage it receives from burn each turn. Drifblim makes use of Grassy Seed + Unburden to increase its Speed, with the former also increasing its PhysDef and with Calm Mind increasing its SpDef; Strength Sap gives it a way to heal and weaken physical attackers such as Zamazenta, Dragonite, and Great Tusk, and Tera Blast Fighting allowing it to snipe Dark-types such as Kingambit and Samurott-Hisui. Watch the WCoP game where this team was used.

:Enamorus::Great Tusk::Slowking-Galar::Kingambit::Rotom-Wash::Dragapult:
Band Dragapult + Specs Enamorus BO by Storm Zone

This team makes use of Choice Band Dragapult and Choice Specs Enamorus as breaking core, with Great Tusk and AV Slowking-Galar as the defensive backbone. Great Tusk opts for Body Press to further threaten Kingambit, particularly Tera Dark variants. Slowking-Galar's Future Sight support allows the team to break pass fat structures. Psyshock in particular is used to hit Clodsire and Blissey, as well as Sneasler and Iron Moth. Tera Ghost Kingambit and Tera Blast Fairy Rotom-Wash can bait and punish Swords Dance Iron Valiant, however, a pivot Slowking-Galar set with Colbur Berry can be used instead to help against it.

Teams for Week 31

:Cyclizar::Corviknight::Toxapex::Dondozo::Ting-Lu::Wo-Chien:
Wo-Chien No Boots Stall by zannty

Description by zannty: The team features a different approach to the normal Stall variants which run a full 6 boots. This team instead uses Cyclizar and Corviknight to remove hazards allowing me to run Leftovers for recovery and Rocky Helmet for some chip damage. Cyclizar is a great answer to Heatran and max Speed means it will normally go first unless the opposing Pokémon has a speed item. Special defense Dondozo is also uncommon but allows you to stall various threats like Hex Dragapult and Enamorus. The Tera Dark also lets you take care of Store Power sweepers. Wo-Chien is a monster on defense with its ability and can recover lots of health with Leech Seed plus Protect. Ting lu is a great answer to Electric-type Pokémon and it's Rock Slide can surprise Flying-types like Zapdos and Moltres. Finally Toxapex is just an amazing wall that can trap Pokémon with Toxic and Infestation. More details in the RMT.

:Samurott-Hisui::Walking Wake::Zapdos::Iron Valiant::Iron Treads::Dragapult:
Samurott-Hisui + Walking Wake Offense by ausma

Description by ausma: This team utilizes the pressure that Hisuian Samurott places down with Swords Dance-boosted Ceaseless Edge to enable powerful cleaners in Iron Valiant and Walking Wake. Not only can it overwhelm common Walking Wake checks like Clodsire, Toxapex, Azumarill, and Amoonguss, but its ability to lay out easy Spikes can be very helpful for further enabling Walking Wake's ability to wallbreak or clean later; as such, Walking Wake frequently can enter the field right after Samurott faints, especially as it will faint to Pokemon that Walking Wake can set up on with its raw bulk. It can be useful for forcing damage on Zapdos and Great Tusk, too. Iron Treads helps force progress into opposing Zapdos and Rocky Helmet Pokemon with Knock Off while adding reinforcement into opposing Gholdengo, and often makes a great lead. Dragapult and Zapdos round off the team by adding pivots as well as useful resistances and immunities into the fray. Dragapult and Zapdos can both pivot on Kingambit and Ting-Lu respectively to position Hisuian Samurott, and all three of the team's setup Pokemon benefit greatly from Dragapult's mixed damage output and ability to spread Burn. Hisuian Samurott's EVs allow it to tank hits more effectively; it Speed creeps Adamant Scizor and opposing Swords Dance Hisuian Samurott. Walking Wake outspeeds max Speed Dragonite by itself, but more importantly, will outspeed up to Choice Scarf Meowscarada after an Agility boost. It can be tailored to immediately outspeed Baxcalibur and Great Tusk too, however.

:Lycanroc-Dusk::Dragapult::Roaring Moon::Azumarill::Enamorus::Kingambit:
Lycanroc-Dusk Screens HO by MAVERICK SHOOTERS

With Tough Claws and Life Orb, Lycanroc-Dusk is a potent wallbreaker. Psychic Fangs allows Lycanroc to take on Toxapex and Amoongus, with Tera Psychic further boosting its power to threaten OHKOs against Great Tusk and PhysDef Slowking-Galar after a Swords Dance. Accelerock lets it revenge the likes of Enamorus, Baxcalibur, and Roaring Moon. Kingambit threatens Gholdengo and Hatterene which Lycanroc might struggle against. Dragapult EVs let it tank a Shadow Ball from Choice Scarf Gholdengo.

Teams for Week 32

:Cinderace::Dragonite::Ogerpon-Hearthflame::Ursaluna-Bloodmoon::Kingambit::Amoonguss:
Choice Band Dragonite + Ogerpon-H Offense by LudwigFrog
This team features two of the most potent new breakers in the tier in Ogerpon-Hearthflame and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon. With a Timid nature, the latter is able to outspeed even Jolly Kingambit, as well as some Pokemon that often run just enough Speed EVs to outspeed it such as Great Tusk and Moltres. The team also features Tera Fighting Low Kick Kingambit, which is able to break pass Dondozo and Great Tusk thanks to Low Kick's 120 base power against them.

:Hatterene::Ursaluna::Crawdaunt::Rabsca::Iron Moth::Iron Valiant:
Crawdaunt Semi Trick Room by njnp and Vert
Crawdaunt is yet another new breaker in the tier. Tera Poison turns its Fairy, Fighting, and Grass weaknesses into resists, particularly allowing it to turn the tables on Iron Valiant trying to KO it. Rabsca's access to Memento lets it get off the field asap and weaken the opponent for Ursaluna and Crawdaunt to more easily set up.

:Ting-Lu::Great Tusk::Gholdengo::Walking Wake::Clodsire::Enamorus-Therian:
Walking Wake Hazard Stack by Storm Zone

Walking Wake's new access to Knock Off lets it pressure Pokemon like Galarian Slowking, removing its boots and making it harder to switch in throughout the game thanks to Clodsire's Stealth Rock and Ting-Lu's Spikes. Be careful around Ogerpon, as the team is rather weak to it; make sure to immediately switch into Enamorus-Therian or tera Gholdengo to try and deal with it.

Teams for Week 33

:Ogerpon-Cornerstone::Kingambit::Iron Moth::Rillaboom::Ceruledge::Iron Hands:
Rillaboom + Ogerpon-C Offense by Pinecoishot

With Rillaboom getting access to Grassy Glide with the DLC, it can once again act as a potent midgame breaker. A Jolly nature allows Rillaboom to outspeed Gholdengo. Its Grassy Terrain neutralizes Iron Hands and Kingambit's weakness to Earthquake. The overall goal of the team is to work towards a Kingambit late game, with Kingambit itself running Lum Berry to upset Will-O-Wisp attempts from Cinderace and Moltres. Iron Hands and Ceruledge can work towards weakening or outright removing Gliscor, Great Tusk and Zamazenta, while Iron Moth can help against the latter as well as Iron Valiant.

:Ursaluna-Bloodmoon::Walking Wake::Dragapult::Maushold::Kingambit::Ogerpon-Wellspring:
Ogerpon-W + Bloodmoon HO by Light DN

With Substitute + SD + Trailblaze, Ogerpon-W becomes into a potent clearner able to help deal with rain, Trick Room, Garganacl, and also revenge the likes of slower sweepers such as Calm Mind Enamorus and Nasty Plot Gholdengo. Ursaluna-Bloodmoon makes use of its great bulk to live a hit from almost any foe and KO them back with Blood Moon; this is particularly useful against Iron Valiant which greatly threatens the rest of the team.

:Pelipper::Barraskewda::Zapdos::Manaphy::Maushold::Crawdaunt:
Maushold + Crawdaunt Rain by quacc

Maushold provides rain with hazard removal, a Shadow Ball immunity, and a soft check to Dragonite thanks to Tera Ghost. Pokemon that often switch into Maushold like Moltres, and Rocky Helmet Great Tusk, Amoonguss, and Corviknight get pressured by Zapdos. Tera Fairy allows Zapdos to become immune to Dragapult's and Walking Wake's Draco Meteor, and Kingambit's Sucker Punch, and KO the former two with Tera Blast. Crawdaunt is another breaker and soft check to Dragapult locked into Shadow Ball, and Adamant Kingambit

Teams for Week 34

:Torterra::Ribombee::Gholdengo::Iron Moth::Great Tusk::Walking Wake:
Torterra Webs by RggV

Despite Torterra getting Shell Smash, its low Speed leaves it still vulnerable to the likes of Booster Energy Iron Valiant and Iron Moth even after after a Shell Smash. Webs aims to fix this problem! Webs support allows Iron Moth to boost its SpA instead of its Speed with BE, Great Tusk do boost its Atk, and Walking Wake to opt for Flamethrower over Agility.

:Iron Valiant::Gholdengo::Glimmora::Azumarill::Kingambit::Ursaluna-Bloodmoon:
Encore Azumarill + Bloodmoon HO by artifice.

Encore allows Azumarill to more easily find room to set up, and its particularly useful in the current meta against the likes of Ursaluna-Bloodmoon and Manaphy trying to set up. Iron Valiant and Gholdengo are used to help against the HO and Stall matchups respectively, with Psyshock in particular allowing Gholdengo to break pass Blissey. Kingambit and Bloodmoon round out the team as extra breakers,

:Indeedee::Hatterene::Polteageist::Zamazenta::Sneasler::Maushold:
Zamazenta + Maushold Psyspam by Weirdhamster

Maushold can force in Pokemon like Great Tusk, Dondozo, and Corviknight which then become fodder for Polteageist to set up and activate weak armor on. With Psychic-Terrain blocking priority moves, Maushold is also free to fit Low Kick and Tera Normal, the former of which nails Kingambit. Zamazenta Speed EVs allow it to outspeed Iron Moth and Ogerpon. Heavy Slam is used over Crunch to nail Iron Valiant which can be annoying for the team to deal with.

Teams for Week 35

:Dragapult::Munkidori::Great Tusk::Gholdengo::Samurott-Hisui::Zapdos:
Future Sight Munkidori BO by Longestbanana, Savouras and TheSergio235

The combination of Future Sight, Focus Blast, Psychic, U-turn and Heavy-Duty Boots allows Munkidori to act as an offensive pivot able to support its teammates with Future Sight, and spread Poison thanks to Toxic Chain. Choice Band Dragapult is another member of the offensive core, with Tera Blast Fighting allowing it to lure in Kingambit. AV Samurott-H is the special tank of the team, particularly able to take on Ghost- and Dark-type attacks, while also setting up hazards with Ceaseless Edge. Great Tusk complements the hazard stacking core with Stealth Rock, can clear hazards with Rapid Spin, and helps check Kingambit, even Tera Flying variants thanks to Ice Spinner. Gholdengo denies Defog and Rapid Spin attempts and opts for Covert Cloak to help answer Garganacl. Zapdos rounds out the team, being able to check Great Tusk, Samurott-H and Manaphy, and with Substitute allowing it to win Sucker Punch mindgames against Kingambit. More details in Longestbanana's RMT.

:Politoed::Greninja::Landorus-Therian::Rillaboom::Basculegion::Iron Jugulis:
Politoed + Landorus-T Rain by mimilimi

Politoed's decent special bulk and access to Encore means that it can act as a soft check to Acid Armor + Take Heart Manaphy variants. Eject Button Landorus-T can provide entry to Greninja and Basculegion, and opts for Sandsear Storm as it isnt weakened by Grassy Terrain and helps it check Zamazenta. Ice Fang lets Basculegion hit Water Absorb Clodsire and Dragonite in one moveslot. Rillaboom is a Water resist for the team and can lure Pokemon like Zapdos for Basculegion and Greninja to take advantage of. Iron Jugulis rounds out the team, helping against the Sticky Web and Stall matchups, as well as being able to weaken Kingambit.

:Torkoal::Walking Wake::Great Tusk::Corviknight::Roaring Moon::Clefable:
Choice Band Great Tusk Sun by Srn

A Sun team with the triple choice core of Band Tusk, Band Roaring Moon, and Specs Walking Wake. Choice Band Tusk can OHKO Gliscor and Tera Flying Roaring Moon with Ice Spinner. Corviknight and Clefable round out the team, with the former's Brave Bird allowing it to chip at Dragonite, Sneasler, Iron Valiant, Rillaboom, and Ogerpon-W, and the latters Moonlight receiving a boost in the sun.

Teams for Week 36

:Magnezone::Dragonite::Rillaboom::Clefable::Jirachi::Muk-Alola:
Dragonite + Magnezone BO by AJB

Magnezone can help trap Corviknight and Kingambit for Dragonite, and to a lesser extent Rillaboom and Clefable, to take advantage of. Endure + Custap Berry can help stop Pokemon like Iron Valiant, Ogerpon-Wellspring, and Roaring Moon from sweeping. Jirachi can also lure Kingambit and Corviknight with Aura Sphere and Thunderbolt respectively, and it plays well into stall matchups. Alolan Muk rounds out the team as a Ghost resistance. Try to identify the wincon and play aggressively!

:Ribombee::Munkidori::Ogerpon-Cornerstone::Manaphy::Samurott-Hisui::Gholdengo:
Munkidori Webs by Sp0oN1oRd

Ogerpon-C and Munkidori make for a potent breaking core. The former's Rock-type Ivy Cudgel and Horn Leech are rather spammable, with Kingambit falling to Low Kick. Munkidori's coverage and access to STAB Psyshock can make it hard for defensive teams to keep up with.

:Ribombee::Kommo-O::Iron Moth::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Gholdengo::Landorus-Therian:
Taunt Landorus-T Webs by Tysonslayer

Taunt allows Landorus-T to shut down most Gliscor's which rely on Toxic to take on it, and prevents healing attempts from the likes of Clefable and Dondozo. Smack Down grounds Levitate and Flying-type targets such as Corviknight, allowing Landorus-T to beat them with Earthquake.

Teams for Week 37

:Great Tusk::Greninja::Garchomp::Iron Valiant::Gholdengo::Roaring Moon:
Scale Shot Garchomp HO by TheFlyingHam

The Teal Mask gifted Scale Shot to Garchomp, providing it with a way to boost its Speed and thus deny revenge killing attempts from the likes of Dragapult, Greninja, and Enamorus. Tera Fire removes Garchomp's weakness to Fairy- and Ice-type attacks, grants it an immunity to Will-O-Wisp, and powers up its Fire Fang, notably letting it OHKO Enamorus after a Swords Dance. Roaring Moon is the other Dragon in the team, with its EVs allowing it to boost its Speed instead of its Attack with Protosynthesis. Taunt shuts down recovery and set up attempts from Dondozo and Corviknight, and stops status moves such as Gliscor's Toxic, notably walling Gliscor with Tera Flying.

:Ogerpon-Wellspring::Gliscor::Garganacl::Cinderace::Zapdos::Ting-Lu:
Ogerpon-Wellspring Hazard Stack by Steez Ibanez

This is a hazard stack team with Ogerpon-W and Curse Garganacl as possible wincons. Ogerpon-W opts for Knock Off to remove Heavy-Duty Boots from the likes of Dragonite, Amoonguss, and Mandibuzz. Curse allows Garganacl to potentially beat Gliscor and Clefable. While the team can wear down Amoonguss and Tera Grass or Dragon Dondozo with entry hazards an by repeated hits, Zapdos provides a way to threaten both of them asap.

:Rillaboom::Sneasler::Ogerpon-Cornerstone::Kingambit::Gliscor::Hatterene:
Ogerpon-Cornerstone Grassy Terrain by Foufakirby

Ogerpon-C threatens the likes of Zapdos, Mandibuzz, Dragonite, Torkoal, and Skeledirge that can be annoying for Rillaboom and Sneasler to break through. SpDef Gliscor with High Horsepower threatens Iron Moth which can also be problematic for the aforementioned Pokemon.

Teams for Week 38

:Gholdengo::Dragapult::Rillaboom::Sneasler::Samurott-Hisui::Landorus-Therian:
Sub + Salac Gholdengo Grassy Terrain by artifice.

The team is centered around Substitute + Salac Berry Gholdengo. Dragapult and Rillaboom provide support with Screens and Grassy Terrain respectively. Sneasler is the obligatory pairing with Rillaboom and provides a form of speed control. Hisuian Samurott and Landorus-T round out the team as an effective hazard stacking core able to deal with Gliscor and Iron Moth. Light Ball + Fling allows Landorus-T to paralyze the target.

:Weavile::Amoonguss::Garganacl::Maushold::Kingambit::Samurott-Hisui:
Weavile + Maushold BO by VicBossMG

The team started with Iron Defense Garganacl due to the decrease in usage of Covert Cloak Gholdengo. With Tera Fairy, SpDef investment, and Iron Defense, Garganacl can wall Dragapult, Gliscor, and beat Zamazenta 1 on 1. Maushold is used for its good matchup into Ribombee and Spikes setters due to its ability to Encore them. Weavile is used as a Knock Off user, with its Ice Spinner allowing it to threaten Gliscor and thus reliably Knock Off other Pokemon, notably Rocky Helmets on Corviknight and Great Tusk to support Maushold. Amoonguss is the physical wall that can phaze out Booster Energy users like Iron Valiant and Iron Moth with Red Card, and potentially sneak in a Spore. Hisuian Samurott and Kingambit round out the team, with the former being able to threaten Gholdengo and Gliscor, and the latters good matchup into weakened stall teams thanks to Low Kick + Tera Fighting heavily damaging Dondozo.

:Cinderace::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Iron Valiant::Kingambit::Slowking-Galar::Gliscor:
Ogerpon-W + Tera Blast Ice Cinderace BO by Storm Zone

Galarian Slowking provides Future Sight support against Ogerpon-W and Kingambit switch-ins such as Amoonguss and Great Tusk respectively, with Grass Knot letting it threaten Ting-Lu. Galarian Slowking also helps deal with Corviknight and Zamazenta. Encore on Ogerpon-W can be used to deal with Manaphy. Toxic and an Impish nature on Gliscor helps against Dragonite.

Hey there. Would like to say a huge THANKS to everyone who participates in this project. Either if you submit your teams, let me borrow them, or use the teams posted here, your participation means the world to me and I wouldnt have been able to keep this project going for almost a year now without you. Thank you!

Part of the idea behind this project is to showcase and give easier access to teams from all around the community. However, teams are posted all the time all around the forums, not only here or in the Sample Teams thread. Thus, I would like to take this week to highlight some spaces where everyone can find and share teams!

Rate My Team Forum

In this forum you can find a ton of teams posted as either showcases of ladder peaks or users looking for feedback. Each team having a dedicated thread allows the author to explain the team in great detail and for other users to give their feedback and / or ask specifics of the team. One of the recent teams you can find in here is

Gliscor's Suspect Test's Voter Identification Thread

Whenever a suspect test happens, in this case Gliscor's, several users post the teams they used to achieve their suspect requirements. A good amount of players end up getting requirements with some of these teams. Talking from self experience, the team I used in my first suspect test came from someone sharing it in this exact way. One of the teams you can find in this thread is

SV OU Teambuilding Competition, SV OU Bazaar and SV OU Underdogs

The Teambuilding Competition is a weekly project in the OU Forum where participants build a team around a given Pokemon; Sinistcha is being featured this week! SV OU Bazaar and Underdogs are more casual alternatives for users to post "heat" teams or sets. Do not let this fool you though, you can also find really successful teams posted in these threads. One of such teams comes from SV OU Underdogs and is

Thank you very much once again. These are just a few of the places where you can find and share teams. Other places such as the OU Discord Server and the SV OU Discussion Thread can also be helpful for this. Cheers!

Teams for Week 40

:Walking Wake::Maushold-Four::Dragonite::Weezing-Galar::Great Tusk::Muk-Alola:
Choice Specs Weezing-G BO by HYpertonix

Choice Specs Weezing-Galar? With Levitate it finds entry points in Ground-types such as Great Tusk, Ting-Lu, and Garchomp. Overheat allows it to threaten an OHKO on Kingambit and Gholdengo, while Shadow Ball lets it 2HKO Galarian Slowking and Skeledirge. Choice Scarf Walking Wake is another uncommon pick on the team thanks to its great Speed and matchup against Fire-types such as Cinderace and Heatran that might be annoying for the team to deal with, with Tera Steel allowing it to resist Dragon, Fairy, and priority moves such as Extreme Speed and Grassy Glide. More details in Hyper's RMT.

:Rillaboom::Sneasler::Zamazenta::Heatran::Hatterene::Manaphy:
Grassy Terrain Offense by kd458

One of the most popular teams during the latest Gliscor Suspect Test, kd458's Grassy Terrain offense makes the most out of the Rillaboom + Sneasler combo. Air Balloon allows Heatran to not only check special attackers such as Iron Moth, but also annoy physical attackers such as Dragonite, Great Tusk, and Kingambit with Will-O-Wisp. Manaphy rounds out the team, with this version running Acid Armor and Take Heart, with Grassy Terrain providing it with more passive recovery. More details in kd458's RMT.

:Samurott-Hisui::Gholdengo::Ceruledge::Rillaboom::Zamazenta::Great Tusk:
Swords Dance Spam Offense by ausma

This team makes use of 3 Swords Dance users in Hisuian Samurott, Ceruledge, and Rillaboom. Samurott's Tera Electric allows it to turn the tables on Zapdos and thus open the path for Rillaboom and Zamazenta to clean late game. Rillaboom's Jolly nature lets it get the jump on Gholdengo and KO it with Knock Off. Great Tusk rounds out the team, with High Horsepower keeping its power on Grassy Terrain unlike Earthquake, while also not lowering its defenses unlike Headlong Rush. Tera Poison on Great Tusk turns around its Fairy and Grass weaknesses, improving its matchup against the likes of Rillaboom and Iron Valiant.

Teams for Week 41

:Glimmora::Dragapult::Rillaboom::Ting-Lu::Corviknight::Ogerpon-Wellspring:
Corrosion Glimmora BO by ausma

Corrosion + Toxic allows Glimmora to cripple Steel-types and Slowking-G, making it easier for Rillaboom to clean late game. Ogerpon-W and Ting-Lu are general purpose progress makers and defensive buffers that can make it easier for the latter as well as Rillaboom to 1v1 bulkier Pokemon. Corviknight's spread lets it take two Life Orb Surfs from Greninja.

:Manaphy::Infernape::Ribombee::Gholdengo::Landorus-Therian::Kommo-O:
Infernape Webs by RggV

Infernape is a mixed breaker that can help against certain defensive cores like some SpD tanks, other than Slowking-G or Toxapex, and Great Tusk. Tera Grass boosts Grass Knot for Dondozo, Great Tusk and changes its defensive profile to setup. Mach Punch to bait in Kingambit and can sweep after getting +4 in front of Cinderace if there is no fast Ghost type. Kommo-o deals with Ogerpon and completely walls special Dragapult with Tera Fairy. Landorus-T helps against other Sticky Web teams, with Tera Ghost to avoid Rapid Spin while getting a free Bulk Up turn on Great Tusk which can be the game.

:Samurott-Hisui::Dragapult::Zapdos::Slowking-Galar::Great Tusk::Heatran:
Encore Samurott-H BO by Srn

The combination of Grass Knot, Sludge Bomb and Psyshock allows Slowking-G to hit base, Tera Fairy, Water, and even Poison Garganacl for super effective damage. However, some more niche Tera types can be troublesome alongside Curse. Encore Samurott-H can help Encore Garganacl into Curse or Recover. Encore in general has the great utility it has on other Pokemon, helping annoy the likes of Manaphy and Kingambit.

Teams for Week 42

:Tauros-Paldea-Blaze::Samurott-Hisui::Landorus-Therian::Goodra-Hisui::Dragapult::Kingambit:
Tauros-Blaze Dark Spam by Mimikyu Stardust

This teams opts for an offensive Tauros-Blaze, taking advantage of its ability to scare out several Pokemon in Gholdengo Hazard Stack Balances such as Moltres, Zapdos, Ting-Lu, Hisuian Samurott, and of course Gholdengo itself. Hisuian Goodra is another interesting choice, with its Acid Armor + Body Press set potentially letting it take games by storm against teams lacking Gholdengo, Toxapex or Galarian Slowking. Landorus-T opts for Earth Power to dent the likes of Garganacl, Toxapex, and not be set up fodder for Zamazenta. More details in Mimikyu's RMT.

:Landorus-Therian::Zamazenta::Goodra-Hisui::Iron Valiant::Skeledirge::Greninja:
Greninja + Skeledirge Balance by TheFlyingHam

Yet another Hisuian Goodra team, this one with the Assault Vest set. making the most out of Goodra's high Special Defense. Skeledirge and Landorus-T round out the defensive core, with Landorus-T in particular being a Ground immunity. Trick lets Iron Valiant cripple set up sweepers such as Cosmic Power Clefable or Take Heart Manaphy that can get out of hand.

:Mandibuzz::Moltres::Ting-Lu::Dragapult::Clefable::Kingambit:
Mandibuzz Balance by Light DN

Mandibuzz still has a solid place in OU thanks to its good defensive profile and matchup against threats such as Rillaboom and Dragonite. Toxic on it as well as Will-O-Wisp on Dragapult and Moltres provide the team with more passive damage to complement the entry hazards.

Teams for Week 43

:Serperior::Gouging Fire::Kingambit::Hatterene::Glimmora::Landorus-Therian:
Serperior + Gouging Fire Offense by Lialiabeast

Seperior is back and scarier than ever thanks to Terastallization. This team in particular opts for Tera Blast Ground to hit Heatran. Gouging Fire is another new addition to the tier, with its EV spread allowing it to get a Speed increase from Booster Energy, letting it act as a revenge killer to the likes of Roaring Moon. More details in Lialia's RMT.

:Kingambit::Ursaluna::Raging Bolt::Araquanid::Hatterene::Deoxys-Defense:
Choice Band Araquanid Trick Room by owl_with_scarf

Deoxys-Defense is a new addition to the somewhat lacking roster of Trick Room setters, being also able to bring in its teammates safely thanks to Teleport. Araquanid is another new Pokemon which, alongside Ursaluna, acts as a potent wallbreaker. Finally Raging Bolt assists Kingambit as a partner able to function outside of Trick Room and provide priority.

:Hydreigon::Primarina::Raging Bolt::Rillaboom::Iron Valiant::Iron Moth:
AV Primarina Offense by Pinecoishot

With access to Psychic Noise and Flip Turn, Primarina is a fat stall breaker which improves the team's matchup against bulkier teams, with Assault Vest and its good defensive profile letting it trade blows with more offensive teams. Rocky Helmet Hydreigon is used to anti-lead Glimmora, Hisuian Samurott, and Gliscor. Iron Moth opts for Tera Flying and Substitute to take on Gliscor, and acts as speed control alongside Iron Valiant. Rillaboom and Raging Bolt round out the team with their combo of priority moves.

Teams for Week 44

:Keldeo::Azumarill::Amoonguss::Hatterene::Tornadus-Therian::Excadrill:
Choice Specs Keldeo BO by someidiot19

Choice Specs Keldeo is one of the scariest breakers on BO, now with access to a priority special move in Vacuum Wave to threaten the likes of Meowscarada, Roaring Moon, and Darkrai, and with Tera Water too boost its Hydro Pump to 2HKO resists like Toxapex. Azumarill complements the offensive core of the team, with the raw power of Choice Band letting it differentiate itself from other bulky Water-types like AV Primarina. Amoonguss handles Water-types like Rillaboom, Serperior, and Ogerpon-W, with Tera Fire allowing it to stop Volcarona and Gouging Fire sweeps shorts. Assault Vest Tornadus-T is the special pivot of the team, with Tera Steel helping the team out against Kyurem and Meowscarada. Hatterene and Excadrill help keep the field clean of hazards. More details in someidiot19's RMT.

:Kyurem::Volcanion::Clefable::Corviknight::Weavile::Dondozo:
Choice Specs Kyurem BO by heileone

Description by heileone: I started with a core of Fire Spin+Taunt Volcanion and Choice Specs Kyurem because I knew that the two would be devastating piggybacking off each other, with Volcanion able to bait in and trap opposing special walls to open the game up for Kyurem. The remaining mons are intended to help these mons overcome their weakness vs offensive teams, with spdef Dondozo beating setup Pokemon like Volcarona, with Tera dark for Stored Power users. Corviknight is hazard control+late game sweeper and Clefable is Stealth Rocks + Dragon immune. Weavile is Knock off+priority+speed control. Should also say Dondozo is a potent sweeper in it of itself that wins a lot of games after a bit of progress+1 Curse.

:Clodsire::Dondozo::Iron Boulder::Corviknight::Garganacl::Meowscarada:
Choice Band Iron Boulder Balance by VigilanteV8

Choice Band gives Iron Boulder the instant power that Booster Energy sets lack, while also allowing it to run both Psychic STAB in Psycho Cut, and Ground coverage in Earthquake to hit Gholdengo. Meowscarada is the other Choice Band user on the team, with Thunder Punch threatening a 2HKO against Corviknight and Skarmory. Corviknight provides Defog for the team, which is still consistent at removing hazards against popular bootspam balance teams on ladder that dont run Gholdengo. Dondozo, Clodsire and Garganacl round out the team, with Clodsire being able to take on Stored Power users thanks to Tera Dark and Unaware.

Teams for Week 45

:Azumarill::Archaludon::Pelipper::Kingambit::Maushold::Amoonguss:
Maushold Semi-Rain by VicBossMG

Description by VicBossMG: I wanted to use a team with Azumarill because with Ogerpon-W not being used as often Belly Drum seemed like a very good cleaner in this meta especially with the power of rain in the back. I added Archaludon because I wanted a special attacker and a special wall with the benefits of their signature move which was perfect for rain. Choice Specs Pelipper was appealing as it is a sleeper mon that hits hard with weather ball. Amoonguss with Red Card is really a life saver against certain threats and is my physical wall. Maushold is a very fun Pokémon for me and I wanted to have an Encore user and something that can always get hazards off vs Gholdengo. Kingambit just a good revenge killer and cleaner in end game especially having a steel type under rain taking halved fire damage. More details in VicBoss's RMT.

:Zamazenta::Weavile::Gliscor::Slowking-Galar::Dragapult::Clefable:
Status Hazard Stack by MAVERICK SHOOTERS

This is a hazard stacking team with Roar Zamazenta, which allows it force out opponents, making them take entry hazards damage, and can also phaze Pokemon such as Kingambit that might try to Terastallize in front of it. Galarian Slowking's Defense EVs let it take a +2 Mighty Cleave. Zamazenta's SpDef EVs let it take a Moonblast from Choice Scarf Enamorus. Clefable EVs let it take 2 Shadow Balls from Choice Specs Dragapult after Leftovers recovery.

:Deoxys-Speed::Indeedee::Volcarona::Iron Crown::Landorus-Therian::Primarina:
Deoxys-Speed Psychic Terrain by Haziebien

DLC 2 brought 2 new abusers of Expanding Force in Deoxys-Speed and Iron Crown, both of which work alongside Volcarona to weaken their shared checks such as Ting-Lu and Heatran. Volcarona also checks Rillaboom trying to disrupt terrain. Landorus-T and Primarina round out the team as physical and special pivots respectively.

Teams for Week 46

:Zamazenta::Volcanion::Weavile::Ting-Lu::Corviknight::Clefable:
Roar Zamazenta Balance by Quizzy

Description by Quizzy: The general idea is that in the Balance and HO matchup Roar Iron Defense Zamazenta can phase out any Pokémon attempting to engage in setup wars with you like Skarmory, while continuing to setup for its own sweep. With Roar hazard stack is ideal, so it is paired with Ting Lu (packing Stone Edge for Volcarona) and Knock Off + Stealth Rock Clefable to make progress into fatter balance structures. Corviknight is a great secondary wincon, physical check, and form of emergency removal for Zamazenta and Ting Lu who both have Leftovers over Heavy-Duty Boots. Trapping Volcanion is a Gking/Toxapex lure to free up opportunities for Zamazenta and Corviknight to sweep. Tera Ghost helps it trap and switch in to Pokemon like Blissey, Barraskewda, Keldeo, and Dondozo as well. Weavile also helps force Knock offs into fat, brings valuably priority in HO matchups, and can help Zamazenta and Corviknight deal with pesky Ghost-types. More details in Quizzy's RMT.

:Slowking-Galar::Kyurem::Skarmory::Dragapult::Ting-Lu::Quaquaval:
Rapid Spin Quaquaval Hazard Stack by Steez Ibanez

Rapid Spin is not a first but still a far from common sight. Though Ice Spinner is an option to hit the likes of Dragonite and Amoonguss, Knock Off lets Quaquaval more easily threaten Gholdengo, Dragapult, and can remove Heavy-Duty Boots to make the most out of the team's entry hazards.

:Suicune::Excadrill::Iron Valiant::Slowking-Galar::Hippowdon::Mandibuzz:
Suicune Sand by Storm Zone

Sand teams can now opt to run Excadrill, which provides speed control, hazard removal, and can act as a late game cleaner. Though many teams for opt for Tyranitar as the Sand setter, Hippowdon is another option able with reliable recovery; Rock Slide lets Hippowdon hit Volcarona, and Air Balloon Kingambit and Gholdengo, preventing them from using Hippowdon as fodder.

Teams for Week 47

:Pelipper::Kingdra::Barraskewda::Archaludon::Jirachi::Great Tusk:
Jirachi Rain by serperiorr

Jirachi helps rain with its bad matchup against Choice Specs Kyurem, with Shuca Berry making it an even sturdier check. Jirachi also acts as the Stealth Rock setter, with U-turn allowing it to pivot out of removal options like Great Tusk and Cinderace that threaten it and bring one of the team's Water-types on the field. Assault Vest Great Tusk improve's the team's matchup against Kingambit, Dragapult, and Darkrai. More details in serperiorr's RMT.

:Gallade::Smeargle::Iron Crown::Kingambit::Gholdengo::Raging Bolt:
Gallade + Iron Crown Webs by Firer4

Smeargle is used as the Sticky Web setter do to its ability to also set up Spikes against Hatterene with Ceaseless Edge. Iron Crown can take on Fairy-types, answer Glimmora, help break balance structures with Psychic Noise, all while using Volt Switch to potentially pivot out into one of the team's breakers such as Gallade. Talking about Gallade, its raw power lets it 2HKO most of the tier, including Pokemon such as Clefable and Corviknight, while also threatening to OHKO others like Toxapex, Galarian Slowking, and Heatran. Furthermore, Sticky Webs lets it outspeed faster threats such as Walking Wake, Roaring Moon, Iron Valiant, and Iron Boulder.

:Ribombee::Great Tusk::Gholdengo::Roaring Moon::Manaphy::Iron Boulder:
Manaphy + Roaring Moon Webs by lockjaw

Temper Flare + Tera Fire Great Tusk improves its matchup against Volcarona, while also luring Skarmory and Corviknight for Iron Boulder and Roaring Moon to have an easier time cleaning late game. Taunt improves Roaring Moon's matchup against Ting-Lu, Gliscor, and Unaware users like Skeledirge and Dondozo. Iron Boulder provides extra speed control for the team, specially if Sticky Webs are removed.
