The Red Sox, Indians and Angels all have 62 losses... it really is anyone's game. My analysis of the AL: The Red Sox have a complete, solid team. It's as simple as that, but with that they also don't really dominate in any area. The Indians are a bit weaker in most areas, but with the way the playoffs go, they get 4 games out of 7 (and at least 3 out of 5) pitched by top Cy Young candidates. The Angels almost play like a hybrid of the Red Sox and Indians. In fact, none of those 3 teams are much different at all. Who does that leave? The Yankees have by far the most potent offensive lineup and while they may have a bit of trouble holding teams to runs, with the way they can light it up, it may not matter. I think the Yankees really have the most potential to win the World Series this year. In a league with divisions led by 3 almost identical teams, THEY are the hot team right now that has one facet of their game that is completely dominant.
