You know, I still believe the Lions can win 10 games. They'll have to take out the Vikings, Chargers, Chiefs, and Packers in order to do it, but it seems like their offense is capable of carrying them. Okay, maybe those are low odds, but it can be done. (I feel hopelessly optimistic...)

(Darn, it's so annoying "typing" with the Wii. My notebook PC just HAD to go out of commission on today of all days; what timing. :( )

Although I do kind of wanna see what the media would say should Kitna not make the 10 win thing...

As much as i hope the lions win 10 games its going to be tough. But Espn will say something along the lines of although the lions didn't get the 10 wins they did show they are contenders in the NFC.

The worst thing about the nfl is that a playoff team is forced to come out of the NFC West and the NFC south.

I really hope Alexander continues to sit out. Turning to the passing game and Morris is much better than handing Shaun the football 30 times a game for pitiful yardage. hopefully branch comes back and seattle will have its WR corps at fll power. go seahawks!

also marvin lewis should give up play calling. aiyo red zone time...hmmm...let's run it twice then throw an incomplete pass then fg.

Alright, your brilliant averages and asumptions again make me look almost as stupid as AP did agaisnt us. However, shall we look at the hard numbers? the hardcore down to earth numbers. Not averages, longs, shorts, just hardcore numbers. Week 9 Vs Chargers we all know it: 296 Yards. Great yay more power to the NFC. Im well aware 40 of them came in the first half. Week 10: 11 carries... 45 yards Idc wtf your averages say. We held him to only 45 yards. Thats more than 6 times less than what he had last week! Ok, that prolly will not happen again, and sure maybe he got injured. Ill give you the benefit of the doubt, lets double his numbers to make up for his injury. We still contained him decently. that would have been 90 yards, still 3 times less of what we know is possible...And tbh, idc we won.

I have a power rankings fettish, and out of 10 sites, only 2 of them do not have the Colts at number 2. WTF?@!?@!?@! They have lost two straight and you all saw that game on Sunday night which was hilarious tbh. On only 1 of those sites, (CBS) has the Packers above the cowboys...Again this is retarded, i know we are a better football team then they are, especially when you consider our 1 loss was bullshit, and when you factor in SOS(which doesnt mean alot tbh) and that damned Bills game. So your opinion i ask, who's going to the ship for the NFC: Cowboys or Packers?

The win against the Eagles was BS too. If they caught a Punt, they would have won the game, so your logic kinda fails. They only played 3 teams that are .500 (two of those teams are 5-4), so they had a pretty easy schedule. Besides Dallas is gonna play GB in the regular season I think, so we'll see who wins. Btw I am not a Dallas fan, I just think the Packers are overrated.

What do you mean "TOO"? Are you perhaps suggesting that we didnt actually beat the vikings? Well this time, the numbers are certainly NOT on your side and I would advise you to just take a back seat to the Green Bay Packers. Or try out for the Eagles prehaps? Sorry if it sounds harsh but i really hate eagles fans, they have a horrible rep.

Lol speaking of overated teams lets talk about Dallas, who's combined SOS is 25-40, lmfao. Also consider that NY wasn't that good in the begining of the season, but the Packers played them early as well, and didn't let up neraly as many points. (this means our defense kicks ass) Factor in the Rams AND the Dolphins...lol look at the bills game ..well the cowboys are so good because they are blowing them out right? pfft who needs defense screw it we have Tony Romo. Who is a Packers fan, and hated the cowboys until he was unfortunately signed. This leads me to hope he will throw the game on Nov. 29th. Ha well this wont happen but it would be funny to see America's team beat ...well "america's team." This is another thing thats funny. Why the hell are they america's team? We have the most fans in the entire NFL. (don't ask me to prove it i will)Meanwhile Green Bay has beaten legit teams, our SOS is always hurt by our division historicly though. In fact when we won the Superbowl in 1996-1997 we were eveidently overrated then. Heh fine with me as long as we win the ship. Total SOS to this point is 30-34. While this isn't a huge difference, its still significant and totaly makes your points about SOS invalid. Factor in the fact that we won 2 road games in a row with only 6 days inbetween... Refer to my post about our wins up to week 9. Are you a believer? You should be.

GB dude needs to calm down and needs an I could be banned! title imo. :( God damn you're annoying. In related news, however, Green Bay is definitely a team to start taking seriously now that some random dude named Ryan Grant has given the Packers a running game all of a sudden.

lol buddy GB has one of the smallest markets in the league ;( The team with the most fans is almost certainly either the Cowboys or the Steelers who have a very large, widespread fanbase all over the country.

also lol "dallas SOS sucks, so does Green Bay's but it doesn't count because it's our division's fault"

superlolcontradictory "isn't a huge difference, its still significant"

Om nom nom time to start dominating our fantasy league again!

You know he didn't even really come off as an Eagles fan in that post..[Yoshididdy's]

Personally I hate Packer's Fans now

there was an american football game here at wembley. florida crocodiles vs some other team. I watched the highlights and it was like;

guys talk for five minutes
guys run for 40 seconds
guy measures stuff
guys talks for five minutes
guy scores

I was like what the fuck? It was waste.

I realize our SOS is far below what'd i'd like it to be, and i have admitted that before. I never said our div just makes our horrible SOS invalid, more so that weak SOS has always, and will always be a problem when GB is on the top. I made the point more so to reflect on that fact that just because the cowboys play the pats*, doesnt mean that they have an incredulously hard SOS.

Im still not convinced that Ryan Grant is the longterm man lol. It's more so the play calling. However, he is our best shot now and looked good agaisnt minnesota.

As illustrated by this link id say we easily have the most fans in the entire NFL <http://chunky.com/ClickForCansStandings.aspx>, and yeah I know that Green Bay is a small town, but that doesn't mean anything, as illustrated by this link, in which the steelers AND cowboys numbers dont equate to half of Green Bay's Numbers. Consider this; in week 5 the Green Bay Packers Defeated the Washington Redskins. Meanwhile, AP was having an amazing day on the ground, yay for the NFC. On NFL.com there was a poll asking for the rookie of the week. Deshawn Wynn of the Green Bay Packers, who scored a 2 yard touchdown rush and his total was like..(estimated) 20 yards. AP ran for however many, much more. AP got 66% of the votes, While Deshawn Wynn got 25%. The other two were just random rookies and im sure they had a much better day than Deshawn did. Lol, AP should have easily gotten more than what he did, perhaps around the 80% range...But all the hardnosed GB fans distorted the poll. Even I voted for AP. (lol if i was blind) Now by no means is this example as strong as my first link, but its still a valid point. By no means are either of these polls offcial, but it is very similar to what a widespread poll would yeild. It's not like its just advertised in GB, and it's not just because we are 8-1. We won last year too, when we had a 8-8 record, and the last 4 wins came after most people had voted. The funny thing is, in the last 3 days we got 160,000 votes. Lol the cowboys have 62,000 total.

The Rams will finish 5-11 at worst (and 7-9 isn't out of the question); this season was really just a perfect storm of hax (Pace going down + new coach + injuries everywhere + tough inital schedule) that fucked them up.

They'll get a high draft pick in a pretty good draft and wreck the NFCW in 08.

I wish the Bills were in the NFC West. Or the NFC period. We'd be perennial division winners...but, NO. Not only do we get stuck in the better conference, we're stuck in the same division as the Pats...

i don't care, you have marshawn lynch who is going to be as good as AP except he'll be more like Marshall Faulk, you have Lee Evans who is a top 20 reciever with a meh QB, you have a young defense that's pretty good, etc.

by rights you guys should be 8-1 or something like that. (should have won at Den, should have beaten Dallas, and there was another team Buffalo got haxed by)

And you have one of the classiest owners in sports not to mention a pretty good organization.

i'm a skins fan btw.

Well, two meh QBs, both of which still has hope for amounting to something. And 7-2. We should've beaten Dallas and Denver. I blame Steve Fairchild, because, unlike the QB, he was the constant in both losses, though I know Bills fans who would blame the prevent on those last Cowboys drives on Losman....

And it's not like you're any worse off at running back and receiver. Marv and Co. have done a great job drafting, but we seriously need to work on our FA signings. Dockery and Walker are probably the only good FA signings we've made the past two years...
