How can you win against Turkey?

Getting a goal early? Sorry, Switzerland tried it.

Getting two goals early and not letting them goal till last 15 minutes? Sorry, Czech Republic tried it.

A last minute goal? Sorry, Croatia tried it.

EDIT: Fuck Portugal.

NOOOOOO >.<
Ah, I'm broken....
Dang Germans...
Perhaps not the best side, but the Turks have played like it this tournament, it's sad to see them go...*goes on rant about 2 yellow cards being too little for a suspension*

Fuck Germany, i wanted Turkey to win :(, i think they played better also, Germany was somewhat disappointing with the advantages they had.

Germany suxx!

damn it.. I come from Turkey and had to see how they play well and still lose.... just damn it >_<

you know what they say about soccer: "a match takes 90 minutes, in the end germany wins"

well, the turks were better yesterday, the best players being altintop, kazim kazim and the one that scored

looks to me as if bayern munich players were the deciding ones...altintop, podolski-schweinsteiger and most of all lahm, who was partially responsible for both goals against germany, on the other hand he assisted klose (the keeper rustu assisted a lot more though) and pretty much scored the decider by himself

anyone noticed ballack? he was invisible...in the second half his first ball-contact was after 12 minutes, good job by the turk who personally guarded him

to be honest, I thought the germans would run over them, but the turks played well, it was an interesting game (except for like 15 mins where no TV station got a picture - they said it was a storm but maybe UEFA didn´t want us to see the "running man" spectator who they couldn´t catch and he made it through the whole field)

I... I'm going for a 3-2 Spain too. It's a miracle the Russians didn't score more than 1 goal in the first match, so now that they are much more confident in themselves and with their star Arshavin back, I'm sure the'll score more than 1. On the other hand, their defenses are still pretty shitty, and Villa and Torres will be able to exploit the spaces they'll leave.

I predict a fun and exciting match.

Yes here on America (well ALL of it not the US) it happened the same, i didn't knew about someone running on there i thought it was just them sucking!, what he did besides running?.

Although i like Spain, i want another Russian victory :P.

well, the main reason was the weather...some quite heavy storms in the central europe region last night

the running man was shown after the game when I watched comments from some experts on an austrian tv channel...they said "apparently UEFA didn´t want us to see this"...starting his run somewhere behind the right corner side (from the rustu point of view), he ran through the whole field, being chased by two policemen/security who couldn´t handle his speed...it was ridiculous how the gap between them rose to 10-15m after lke 60 meters...suddenly like 5 more security people appeared from other sides of the field and they put him to the ground near the 11m spot of the german side...so he ran like 80-90m :)

yeah what probably everyone thinks...I don´t recall him being naked

spain - russia

I´m not gonna predict the outcome, but I´m rooting for russia

Yeah but Spain deserved it more, what a great game, they neutralized Arshavin and Pablyuchenko (sp?).

Haha that was funny Peterko, security looks tight but then you see someone running for so long and they can't put him down.

Ugh, now both of my underdogs are out...how dreadful
I'm not going to enjoy this final, this is the worst thing possible >.<
I don't want boring old Germany to win again, they always win...but both a friend of mine and my father want Spain to win, and I told them Spain wouldn't win cause this is a tournament, and well, this is Spain. So if they win, I'll never hear the end of it from them :/

That'll suck

What a sweet, sweet match. I, as a Spaniard, enjoyed it a lot, but I think that those not rooting for a team in particular may have enjoyed the game as much, specially the (oh, so great) second half.

It's a real pity Villa got injured, now our defenders will have to make sure Podolski doesn't score in the final to give him the top scorer trophy (as well as the championship, of course!).

Great match from everyone, but Iniesta and Fabregas stand out.
