Congrats to DM for winning the first Karaoke deathmatch. His rendition of a song nobody had ever heard of before proved too much for the rest of us, and he sailed away with victory in our nautical themed round.
Since I have moved this to a forum, I am going to go a little more indepth with the rules. This is a karaoke competition. Pick a song that matches the theme for this round, record yourself singing it, upload it, and post the link here, and you are in the competition.
Dont record a song someone else has recorded. Variety is the spice of life! You can reserve songs, but! you must record within lets say, five days of reserving it. Just to stop people who reserve and then dont record.
Then, we vote.
The theme for this round is:
Songs that have a person's name in the title.
You have 2 weeks from today to record before voting starts. If you record after voting starts you can probably still record and I can edit your submittal into the poll, but you will miss out on votes that way. Also I might be lazy and not do it.
