No, because NU didn't exist until June 8. As far as I'm concerned, Alpha doesn't exist.
Just out of curiosity, what would have dropped and risen if these stats were used?
Locking this for the time being. I don't think there's gonna be any productive discussion here.

Scolipede moved from OU to UU
Weavile moved from UU to RU
Salamence moved from OU to BL <-- this was never officially updated
Abomasnow-Mega moved from OU to UU
Pelipper moved from UU to OU
Audino-Mega moved from UU to RU <-- only dropped last month
Swampert-Mega moved from UU to OU
Not that this doesn't include calculated RU<->NU Beta shifts which aren't part of my script.
I know that aside from Audino-Mega these aren't on-their-face problematic. But I don't feel that these stats are at all representative of the current metagame, which is why we shouldn't be doing tier shifts based on them.

I really didn't want to give too much weight to the June stats, since they were more than 1/3 pre-shift. But I didn't want to discount their contribution entirely. So rather than weight the stats 20:4 like I usually do, I did 23:1. Either way, I'm still using the cutoff of 4.52% for quick-rises, 2.28% for quick drops.
As always, let me know if anything is wrong. These tiers are based on an automated process that parses PS data, so if PS changes their representation of a banlist, my scripts won't always catch them.

A lot of Pokemon can be good when the entire team is built around them, but they often drop if it's hard to fit them on common teams.
We can't be sure until UU statistics come out.
Mega Camel is actually p decent in OU rn so I think it won't drop anytime soon.
mega camel is already good in ou it breaks balance really well (which is rising in usage rn) and im sure itll have a place in uu definetly with mega swampert gone.

No. The cutoff for rises this month is 4.52% because this is a quick rise/drop month. If it's still there after August, it will go to RU.

I doubt it'll be too broken, with Xurkitree providing healthy competition and there being plenty that can wall Manaphy, such as bulky waters. In addition, it has a somewhat mediocre matchup vs offense without the Water Z set, which has coverage issues. That being said, I do see it possibly getting banned.

Lol so Mega Sableye is not OU-worthy? 20 base speed, just like Mega Camel. Speed doesn't matter in these cases ... If a mon can do an eapecific thing (or a lot of things) really well, it will be good even with 5 base speed. In Camel's case, it can break a bunch of walls in OU with ease, so it's pretty good in the tier.
