Scoli is BL rip

Aggron will be nice considering it provides a nice sponge against offensive teams. Mega Rupt also looks to be somewhat viable, cause like in OU it'll just shred balance.

Manaphy may actually not be broken, cause its speed leaves stuff to be desired and it does have coverage issues. It will cause a rift tho.
 
Antar you keep forgetting about Mega Gyarados. Not that it really matters since it would automatically be BL, but I guess it's misleading to have it listed as ou when it's actually not.

Somewhat surprised to see Lopunny with that much usage, I guess it'll be a bit less in the coming months.

Pelipper and Mega Swampert should stay for good. Suppose Kingdra will join with the formal tier update next month. Surprised to see Mega Heracross almost dropping.

Marshadow got that much in what, 3 days? That's insane.

Xurkitree is competition, but is the lesser of the two due to the versatility of manaphy. Atleast, compared to xurk, who is more predictable and slower.

They preform the same role, except manaphy is faster, bulkier, has a better typing, and is harder to deal with because of this combination. If manaphy stays, stall is not looking good for UU.

Empoleon comes to mind. But sadly, empoleon isnt going to be doing much other than remaining passive.

Mega Sharpedo

mega sharpedo doesnt even 2HKO, so Mega Sharpedo is set up bait if you gain momentum on it. Also one of the better match up's for manaphy.

252+ Atk Sharpedo Crunch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 135-160 (39.4 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

it only loses against Primarina, if it's at +0.

but you'll have plenty of opportunities to use tail glow or if you know they have a counter just use u-turn or something. Taking a quick look at the VR tells me psychic doesnt really hit much that Energyball doesnt.



In addition, it has a somewhat mediocre matchup vs offense without the Water Z set, which has coverage issues. That being said, I do see it possibly getting banned.

It has so many amazing match up's, its a harder to contain Xurkitree that is also faster and bulkier. It sets up/plain beats many on many uu mon.

I may not play competitively that much anymore, but manaphy's future foretells BL...

This is the banlist, a mon is there-it's NU
Btw I love how Swampert-Mega not only got enough usage to be OU but also made Pelipper come back (it's good for the pelican, because it will either be OU or PU, kinda like what happened to Quagsire last gen).

No, Pelipper follows wherever mega Swampert goes. If mega Swampert is too good for PU, then Pelipper will be too good for PU.

You have used a Sharpedo on the calc, and not a Mega Sharpedo. The correct damage should be this:
252+ Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 228-268 (66.6 - 78.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Drizzle is banned from tiers below OU, then...Pelipper is useless for any tier besides OU (it might be decent in NU and/or PU like it was last gen I guess)

Gyarados - #63 in OU | Usage: 2.62688% | Raw count: 79,960 | Weight: 0.572350145057
I feel like Mega Gyarados should be put into the OU by Technicality section. It suffers the same issue as Mega Garchomp, where the regular form is better. Maybe it's not AS bad, but my point still stands.

They're both BL, so none of this is relevant. In case you don't know, the cutoff for tiers is supposed to be 1-(1/2)^(1/20), or about 3.4%, so no form of Gyarados is OU.
 
for UU fans like me:

Banette-Mega, Abomasnow-Mega , Manaphy , Camerupt-Mega, Aggron-Mega... moved from OU to UU

Scolipede moved from OU to BL
Salamence moved from OU to BL
(they were banned before)

Swampert-Mega and Pelipper moved from UU to OU
