Sorry to bring this up here, and admins please tell me if this isn't the place, but I don't see what the problem is with this Pokemon? How can you tell that it's a hack?

I'm concerned because I have some of Macheep's Pokemon and would like to check if they are hacked or not.

I think the error is this: the Pokemon's summary appears to be this:

Adamant nature.
Jul. 13, 2009

But it's supposed to be like this:

I'd like to report burns 1583 for disconnecting when he was about to lose. Now I see that he has been reported before but I didn't see him on the list. He also uses legal hacks without letting me know (swampert in a dive ball), but that doesn't really bother me.

I'm concerned because I have some of Macheep's Pokemon and would like to check if they are hacked or not.

FYI, since I don't think it was noted here, all of Macheep's pokemon appear to be hacked. Supe and Darkprophet checked others besides the Pinsir, and in Pokesav, the language of the pokes came up as "none," which only occurs on Korean carts IIRC. Thus, I wouldn't advise anyone to trade with him, or trade any pokes of his you might have rights to.

I would tell everyone that the player shark in my opinion has hacked pokemon because I know that does not know what either mean time finder since I asked how do you find a pokemon with 31 in all and I replied that it is impossible for him After that he added 5 pokemon in the span of 2 hours with perfect IV shiny and some reeds.​

This guy has even offered to make pokesav who wants to cheat him.​

i dont know if i should report this, but i am currently battling a user who wont finish the battle. It has been 10 minutes since he made his last move, and i clearly won. Its priority vs his red health flygon. I know that he didnt have to go somewhere, as it was the last move and he pmed me gg. I told him that i would report him if he didnt finish, and he didnt respond.

Please tell me if this is a reportable offence.

EDIT: He pmed me, and said that he didnt do it on purpose. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt.

Dude, I battled you multiple times and each time I tried to upload the vid to the GTS it said there was something wrong with your pokemon. The first time I pm'ed you about because I was pretty upset and your excuse was the generic "I don't have time to breed; it's a waste of time; I'm sorry but I'm not going to waste my time breeding" bullshit response. Not trying to piss you off, but honestly, you shouldn't be trying to blacklist somebody over something that petty, especially since you've had that problem too.

And this will be my second time explaining this to you: When you get that error saying "There's something wrong with your opponents pokemon" (or "There's something wrong with Your pokemon" for that matter), then one or more of your opponent's pokemon have over 510 EVs, or they're hacked illegitely.

he uses nicknamed events one was a nicknamed jirachi and the other was shockingly a nicknnamed wishbliss so i think that preety much explains it

what were the nicknames? its possible that its a different language wishbliss.

There's an AR code to nickname your pokemon. Some people use it because they don't like japanese names.

if you want to go that far theres something called pokesav.

"alostsyn" disconnected on me when he had 2 pokemon left. I substituted with my Gengar predicting his Gliscor's knock off(to save my item) and his knock off didn't break my sub. Right after that he disconnected. I was winning 5-2. He said he disconnects often because of internet problems before the game, however I just think that was too much of a nice time to disconnect. o_o

wish blisseys have been given out in japan.


additionally, when an unnamed pokemon of a different language is evolved, it assumes the name of the evolved form of the language of the game that it's currently on.

to put that more clearly, i have a japanese wish bliss that was given to me as a chansey. when i evolved it, it's name was changed to BLISSEY (exactly like that, not in japanese as ハピナス)


the nickname could possibly be its name in german, french, etc. if it was traded to another-language game and evolved there.

Hello this may sound like a weird first post froma new user but I think that it is important to aknoweledge that Bozo's infamous TRUTH Gyrados is probably hacked. But, wait I have some proof. This may as well be brought to everyone's attention as it is a fairly common redistributable pokemon. By lurking, it is very abundant in the forums. Bozo's TRUTH may as well me a DECEPTION. As corny as that sounds it is true..lol. This gyrados is most likely hacked due to its Footprint Ribbon #36. I received Bozo's TRUTH on

the Serebii forums and thought maybe the person I received it from hacked the ribbons onto it but I realized Bozo himself trades it with 36 ribbons and was made redistributable with 36 ribbons. By these pictures(below) Gyrados is unable to obtain a footprint ribbon without a fooprint whereas something like Eevee does.

Therefor, unable to obtain a footprint ribbon, due to its absense of a footprint, this gives me the idea that all of the others ribbons are most likely hacked onto it as well.

Perhaps Bozo has an explanation for this? It is impossible to get that ribbon. And there are quite a few other factors regarding ribbons that implies that the Gyrados is hacked , or had it's ribbons hacked. Ironically, the contest ribbons appear as they are asked to be participated in, in Heathrome City's contest hall. "Cool, Beatuy,Cute,Tough,Smart". (Correct me if they automatically appear this way as the effort ribbon atomatically appears first. Also, Bozo's TRUTH has a Link Battle Tower Ribbon. May I ask him who he battled with to achieve this? Nonetheless, TRUTH has an un-obtainable ribbon on it. Here's what happens when a pokemon without a footprint is taken to the house where you obtain the ribbon:

For the sake of this example, I used a Ditto, which is another pokemon without a footprint.

This NPC is unable to "read a pokemon's thoughts" if they don't have a footprint, again, Gyrados does not have a footprint, so in conclusion, the gyrados MUST be hacked, or had it's ribbons
hacked onto it.

One more note, even in his thread, he trades it with the Footprint ribbon seen here.

If the guy is shown a Pokemon with enough happiness but no feet, after your last picture, he goes "but it's obvious you and your DITTO share a close bond" and gives it the ribbon. My Rotom is the first no-feet thing I can think of that has that ribbon.

Repeat: A Pokemon with no feet (and hence no footprint) can still get the ribbon. The official guide says this too.

Also, the contest ones are always in that order, and he probably has two games and teamed up with his other game.

The Footprint Ribbon is given to a Pokemon when they have max happiness. Whether or not they actually have a footprint has absolutely nothing to do with it. Every single Pokemon can get that ribbon. All your images prove is that a), you don't understand how to get that ribbon, and b), your Ditto does not have max happiness.

I'm sorry to inform you especially after all your research and hard work however pokemon without a footprint can recieve the footprint ribbon. Like I sometimes do NFE battles so I got the ribbon on my Haunter and she has no footprint. hell I sometimes use ditto in wifi battles.lol It owns by the way. But my ditto has the ribbon I believe the thing says "pokemon(insert name) left no footprint"
"however it's obvious that you and your pokemon are close" and then you get your no footprint footprint ribbon. and contest ribbons do always go in that order look at mantyke's tauros
