I would like to report Vincento341 for hacking.
It turns out that his shiny scizor has ID 23819 and SID 0. I was surprise to see this and plugged it in pandora's Box.

After searching from 0 to 70000 delay, I found nothing.
Apparently he said his "brother" bred it.

Turn 1: His Milotic puts to sleep my Uxie.
Turn 2: Switch to Suicune. Also put to sleep.
Turn 3: Honchkrow enters, attempts to set up Nasty Plot.
The above makes it fairly clear that skittio was trying to sleep all my pokemon in an attempt to get his stat-up sweeper running. Of course, sleep clause is a standard rule in the Battle Me thread.
There is also another part of the battle where he tries to induce sleep on two pokemon. One of them was Uxie, still asleep from the beginning. The second one I can't remember off the top of my head, but the entire battle (which I won despite his ignoring of sleep clause) can be found on the GTS under Vid. No. 17-11901-88237
Edit: I forgot to mention that I sent the following PM's. The first happened after turn 2. At this point, I stalled intentionally during the match for 2 minutes in order to try to draw his attention to the forums. The second PM happened about 5 minutes after the battle. After waiting a period of time, there is still no response.

Furthermore, he is actively ignoring my PM's, seen by this post: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2756006&postcount=5384. See time stamp and compare with time stamp of this report, let alone the time stamps of the PM's, which I can provide if necessary.
That can't be. I've known Vincento for a very long time. He would never hack.

If you can't create this spread, then ID/SID was hacked,
0 is probably the easiest to calculate because basically you skip one part of the ZOR calculation to get a shiny Egg.
If you mean in real life, then no. But he's a good friend of mine. And I suggest we ask him first b4 we blacklist him.
He most likely had the shinyness bred first, then RNG'ed the IV's as the two are not made together. I believe that Pandora's Box does not help people hack check things like that if the pokemon is bred.
which is why I used the PID: 78fe25f5 found via pokerngdp because it is a shiny spread of the combo 23819 & 0, please read my first post carefully
That is quite good reasoning, I didn't understand it before. Either way he should have said what his brother's ID/SID Combination is there or at least say it was not bred by him and give credit to his brother. If I RNG something on my brother's game I would definitely point out that it was not done on my game to clear any possible confusion that could go on.
That maybe true, but I still suggest that we should talk/ask him about it first before we put him on the blacklist.

I don't understand... My brother doesn't even have a cheating device and the pokemon has his ID.... So unless he borrowed a friends AR or something I have no idea what is going on. I can't RNG it wasn't me, I'm still learning. I will take the Scizor off my thread but can someone check it? I'm pretty sure it isn't hacked because we don't have an AR...
However, you are responsible for anything you put on your thread. Even if it is your brother's, grandfather's, butler's, ect. Pokemon, it is in YOUR thread.
Sorry, you are responsible for all pokemon you offer here as they probably gave you a hacked one just thinking they were doing you a special favor when we all know better than that. We have strict rules that must be followed, and the last thing we want here is to have our members get disqualified for a hack check at pokemon events for things like these. We're also responsible as well.
The thing is that the SID is apparently 0. So he used Pandora's Box to see the delay needed to get a SID of 0 with that TID. The delay to get it was extremely unreasonable so the claim that something happened to the game cartridge to allow your brother to get that TID/SID combination. You can try to get someone to check the SID used to get that pokemon if you really want, if the SID is something else then you should be okay if the TID/SID combination becomes reasonable now.
If he can shiny RNG, then he must know his SID is 0. If he can RNG, then he can surely teach you.
Is TID/SID between 0 to 65536 or 1 to 65536?
I checked, through those 70000 delays, there were spreads with couple numbers near it, but near is not enough.
70000 delay means roughly 20 minutes for you to set the game up, which I believe anything higher is unlikely, and coincidently hitting a 0 seems extremely slim.
He doesn't live with us anymore, he lives on campus but after this I'm starting to doubt his ability to RNG.
Well now what can I do... how do I get myself off the blacklist?

It originated from a Spain/South America version, while the scizor was a US version. I can't confirm it's authenicity (is int'l ID/SID generation same as US/UK/AU?), but possibly this one may be altered as well without knowing it being foreign.
@Shadowhunter- yeah im not trading the ttar... its so sketchy and the shiny salamence as well (the adamant one). If i ever make another thread i can guarantee you wont see them there or any of his pokemon at all. I've taken up learning RNG intensively so this sort of mixup won't happen again because the pokemon will be mostly my OT :)
Good afternoon Wifi Blacklist. I would like to report user CrackerOfCheese (http://www.smogon.com/forums/member.php?u=53425) for the disconnectors list. We were playing a standard Ubers match, and I had just killed his Palkia with my Giratina-O with Dragon Claw after he Surfed me in the sun. He then switched in Scizor, which took entry hazard damage. I then used Hidden Power Fire on him, which promptly causes him to d/c. It was not a connection issue because my side had 3 bars of wifi strength.
I then posted on his wall "GG d/cer", which he didn't respond to. I know he didn't respond to it because I was watching what he did, and his Current Activity at around 4:30 was "Viewing User Profile", which means he acknowledged that I posted a VM on his wall but failed to respond to it. As you can see from his wall, this isn't the first time that he's d/ced, as he has done it with other people. He then goes back to viewing the Battle Me thread instead of responding to my accusation. He's done this in the past also, as the previous VMs were never responded to.
There was no miscommunication about the rules either, as I state that I use legal hacks in my sig and that I would be using formes in my post here http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2761083&postcount=6333.

Added CrackerOfCheese, now this is how a disconnector report should be done as it gets straight to the point in attempts to communicate with other party, and since the douchebag failed to communicate then so does the shame of becoming such a member.
