Match. I get 2 TC. Lucario gets 3 MC, these and 1 BT teach him Light Screen and Reflect. Kitsunoh gets 3 MC, teaching it Psycho Shift. Steelix gets 3 MC, teaching it Bide.

EDIT: Match. I get another 2 TC. Kitsunoh gets 3 MC and 1 KOC, which will be used to teach it Reflect and Light Screen. Steelix gets 3 MC, which will be used to teach it Taunt, storing the third. For Kitsunoh, I get reimbursed for Brick Break, I will use those 2 MC to teach it Bulldoze.

I will edit in my use of much BT, or it will just be a new post if I am approved before I finish editing.

Oh yeah, 2 more MC for Kit since Rock Slide is also being removed.

EDIT MORE: This claim just won't stop growing. Subway challenge. I get 21 BP. Excadrill unnecessarily gets 12 MC, which will be used to teach him: Double Team, Protect, Substitute, Toxic, Horn Drill, Fissure, Return. 2 BT teach it Swagger. Magnezone gets 3 MC and 2 KOC. These and BT will teach it:

Swift (1), Electro Ball (1), Iron Defense (3), Roleplay (3), Endure (3), Flash (2), Volt Switch (2), Double Team (2), and Swagger (2).
