Kirot (Metagross) {O}

Nature: Careful (+1 SpD, -1 SpA)
Type: Steel / Psychic

  • Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-Type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status.
  • Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-Type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities: Clear Body / Light Metal (H) / Tough Claws
  • Clear Body: (Passive) This Pokemon’s body structure makes it immune to status lowering moves used by opponents. (e.g. Intimidate, Growl, Screech etc.)
  • Light Metal: (Passive) The Pokemon's body is made of a lightweight but extremely strong alloy. It weighs half as much as other members of the species, but is equally sturdy. The Pokemon executes weak attacks much more effectively, adding +1 priority to all their attacks with 6 or less Base Attack Power (after other ability adjustments). Priority is applied to the summed Base Attack Power of a multi-hit move (e.g. Double Kick has priority at 6 BAP, Skill Link Bullet Seed doesn't at 15 BAP.)
  • Tough Claws: (Passive) This Pokemon has sharp claws that enhance the power of all of its contact attacks by two (2) BAP.

Type:

: Dark STAB; ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.
: Ghost STAB; immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Ghost types can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move, but they will be damaged every action by their effect.

I get a total of 13 UC and 8 CC from those battles (64 UC and 8 CC total).

Bubble the Reuniclus gains 6 KOC. With 2 stockpiled MC and 1 UC, I buy Future Sight, Dizzy Punch, and Skill Swap by LU and Focus Punch, Secret Power, and Shock Wave by ORAS tutor/TM. I also use 7 CC to make her Quiet (1 CC, 63 UC left).

Sluggy Slug the Gastrodon becomes Quiet for 1 CC and 6 UC (57 UC left).

Bump II the Swalot gains 5 MC (1 KOC). He learns Acid Spray for free in ORAS, Rest by XYTM, and Endure by past gen tutor.

Kent the Escavalier buys Secret Power by ORAS TM for 2 UC (55 left).

Mystery the Tangela gets 1 EC and AC, evolving and unlocking Regenerator. She gains and uses 3 MC (1 KOC) to learn Block for free upon evolution and Bide by past gen TM.

Harley the Snorunt gets 1 EC and AC, evolving and unlocking Cursed Body. She gains and uses 4 MC (1 KOC, 1 UC) to learn Destiny Bond, Astonish, Confuse Ray, and Ominous Wind for free upon evolution, Ice Shard, Ice Fang, and Draining Kiss for free upon ORAS, and Thunderbolt and Psychic by XYTM (54 UC left).

Oracle the Absol learns Future Sight, Slash, and Swords Dance for free by ORAS level up.

Snail the Mollux gets 2 AC (1 KOC) and 3 MC, learning Moonlight by LU and Flamethrower by XYTM.

Reuniclus [Bubble] (F)

Mowtom found Bubble while traveling in the Unova region. Her mother belonged to Catlin of the Elite Four, but Bubble wanted to see the world. She did inherit one thing from her mother's trainer, however. Bubble enjoys battling, but she can have trouble staying awake, even during a battle.

Types: Psychic
  • Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities:
Overcoat / Magic Guard / Regenerator (Unlocked)
  • This Pokemon has a sturdy exterior that rebuffs the elements, making it immune to damage inflicted by bad weather. The Pokemon is also immune to "Powder" moves. (Full List: Cotton Spore, Poison Powder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore.) If the Pokemon is already immune to at least one (1) kind of weather, or powder attacks by typing or a different ability, Overcoat reduces the Base Attack Power of all oncoming attacks by one (1).
  • This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, Burn, and Partial Trapping moves. It can still attack itself in confusion, and will still take damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is negated.
  • When this Pokemon is switched out during a switch battle, it reacts to the energy in the Pokeball and (ten) 10 HP is restored. When this Pokemon Chills, it restores six (6) HP in addition to its 12 Energy.

Gastrodon [Sluggy Slug] (F)

Like Mowtom himself, Sluggy Slug comes from Sinnoh, but from the opposite side of Mount Coronet. She prefers to stay relaxed and cheerful, even when taking repeated hits, but cannot stand it when someone mistakes her for a West Sea Gastrodon. Apparently the two groups have a long-seated rivalry. Who knew?

Types: Water / Ground
  • Water STAB; Ignores arena restrictions on Water attacks that require an external water source. Evasive Diving reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
  • Ground STAB; immune to Sandstorm. Ignores Arena restrictions on Dig and Seismic Attacks for Arenas in which any land mass exists, Evasive Digging reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
Abilities:
Sticky Hold / Storm Drain / Sand Force (Unlocked)
  • This Pokemon's body is covered in a sticky substance that prevents item theft or swapping.
  • This Pokemon lures all water attacks to itself, altering their course away from partner Pokemon. It absorbs the water and increases its Special Attack by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round.
  • This Pokemon thrives in Sandstorm conditions, using the power of the swirling sand to augment its Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-typed attacks. Each of this Pokemon's Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-typed attacks will have the Base Attack Power increased by two (2). Pokemon with this ability are immune to Sandstorm damage.

Tangrowth [Mystery] (F)

Very little is known about Mystery's past. Even less is known about what her face really looks like, behind those vines. She almost always speaks in a whisper, when she speaks at all. One thing is certain though: Whatever she did and wherever she went before joining Mowtom, her life after joining him was much more enjoyable.

Types: Grass
  • Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
  • Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
    Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Abilities:
Chlorophyll / Leaf Guard / Regenerator (Unlocked)
  • During bright sunlight, this Pokemon's cells absorb more solar energy, doubling (x2) their speed.
  • In bright sunlight, the Pokemon is surrounded by a faint green glow. The glow protects it from all permanent and temporary status conditions.
  • When this Pokemon is switched out during a switch battle, it reacts to the energy in the Pokeball and (ten) 10 HP is restored. When this Pokemon Chills, it restores six (6) HP in addition to its 12 Energy.

Froslass [Harley] (F)

Harley can best be described in two words: practical joker. She takes any opportunity to mess with people and Pokemon that she can get. Mowtom met her when she was trying to get a Sableye to teach her Prankster. Once Mowtom explained the difference between moves and abilities, Harley gave up on that dream and joined Mowtom instead.

Types: Ice / Ghost
  • Ice STAB; immune to Hail damage, freeze status, and Sheer Cold. Frost Command.
  • Frost Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's Ice moves will have triple the freeze chance. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
    Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
  • Ghost STAB; immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Ghost types can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move, but they will be damaged every action by their effect.
Abilities:
Snow Cloak / Cursed Body (Unlocked)
  • This Pokemon is used to snowy blizzard conditions and gains a 20% evasion boost during Hail. Pokemon with this ability are immune to Hail damage.
  • When this Pokemon is struck by an opponent's attack, there is a 30% chance that the attack will be disabled for six (6) actions. Only one of the opponent's attacks can be disabled at a time due to Cursed Body. A Pokemon with an attack disabled by Cursed Body cannot have another one disabled by Disable, and vice versa.

Nature: Hasty (-Defense, +Speed, +7% Accuracy)

Type: Dragon/Dark

Dragon: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against Garchomp.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Claiming a not-even-narrative-victory, a not-flash-reffing, and a two-streak-Hall-reffing. That's 1 CC, 4 UC, and 9 UC. Then I'm spending 21 CC and 9 UC to buy a Miracle Seed and a Razor Fang.

Gajeel the Honchkrow gets 4 MC (from Exp. Share) to be spent learning Calm Mind and Secret Power (ORAS TMs).
Happy the Bagon gets 1 EC, 2 AC (1 from Lucky Egg), and 2 MC to be spent learning Dragon Breath (pre-level-25 move), Flamethrower, and Double-Edge (2 level-up moves).
Droy the Turtwig gets 1 EC, 1 AC, and 3 MC (from Exp. Share) to be spent learning Crunch (level-up move) and Stealth Rock (ORAS Tutor).

CC: 20+1-21 = 0
UC: 80+4+9-9 = 84

+1x Miracle Seed
+1x Razor Fang

Honchkrow – Gajeel (M)

Gajeel is rather different, compared to the rest of the lot - probably his dark instincts gave him a bit of a "lone wolf" attitude. Efficient in his ways, smart in his pose, Gajeel would have a hard time fitting in - except that the girls are incredibly forgiving, and while the guys wouldn't hesitate bringing on a throwdown (save for Elfman, who repaid his indifference with barely a shrug), they never keep past grudges. Its what drove Gajeel to approach Zheng after many days of stalking them - eating, living, fighting with the affectionate way only siblings might have had. He is no slouch either - holding his own even against Erza is no small feat in the family.

Having treasure-hunted a Dusk Stone, Gajeel spent some days learning how to learn the arts native to his species, guarded by Pantherlily in the progress. The transformation itself is painful, but having endured it, something seems... both more and less in him now. When Zheng found out about his sudden bursts of suppressed emotions, it can only be attributed to Gajeel's efforts. Seeing it as only the results of his evolution, Zheng did nothing else but allow him to discover this new path, mostly on his own. What Zheng didn't know though, was that the lads have secretly form an agreement - to take turns watch over Gajeel whenever he had one of his bursts.

Nature: Mild (+1 SpA, -1 Def)

Type:
Dark type: Dark STAB; ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.

Flying type: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Insomnia

Ability 2: Super Luck
Type: Passive
This Pokemon’s natural skill increases its critical hit levels one stage above other Pokemon, making its normal moves inflict critical hits 12.5% of the time and its high critical hit moves inflict critical hits 25% of the time.

Ability 3: Moxie (DW Unlocked)
Type: Passive
This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Bagon - Happy (M)

What is there to say about Happy, besides his namesake? When Natsu found the egg, he's very excited to have a younger brother who'd also be a Dragon. And so he went to great pains to help it hatch - asking Elfman to warm it up, sleeping with it every night, hugging it as everybody travel. It took a week for Natsu's wishes to come true, and Happy has been sticking around Natsu ever since. Even though Happy have no wishes to evolve, he would still stand up for Natsu (who's much stronger than him), simply because they're great partners. Happy is also the only one whom Natsu wouldn't pick a brawl with - which says a lot about their camaraderie.

Nature: Impish (+1 Def, -1 SpA)

Type:
Dragon Type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against Garchomp.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Rock Head
Type: Passive
Happy's cheer and surprisingly tough constitution prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.

Ability 2: Sheer Force
Type: Toggle
Happy can energize all its attacks with secondary effect chances that are less than 100%. When Toggled, the Base Attack Power of every move with an effect chance less than 100% increases by two (2), sans the secondary effect.

Turtwig - Droy (M)

Jet is Droy's fastest new friend. Often hungry and wanting food, Droy would implore Jet to help him find stuff to eat. Often after raiding the kitchens, the pair would sneak about the monastery, looking for places to hide while they eat. But when he's not eating, Droy can often be seen working on the gardens and the orchard with Wendy, doing his chores by helping around to make new fresh produce - which he'll eat, of course.

Nature: Sassy (+SpDef, -15% Speed, -10% Acc)

Type:
Grass Type: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Overgrow
Type: Passive
When Droy's HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any grass attack is increased by two (2). (eg Giga Drain goes from 8 to 10, Solar Beam from 12 to 14)

Ability 2: Shell Armour (Hidden)

Okay- for my first battle, I get 2 CC, which I'll choose to stockpile. Each of my pokemon got 2 MC, 1 AC and 1 EC, and my Growlithe got 1 KOC. For Swablu, I would like to spend the MC on Cotton Guard and Perish Song. For Bulbasaur, I would like to spend the MC on Synthesis and Grass Pledge. For Growlithe, I would like to convert the KOC into MC, and have her learn Retaliate, Heat Wave and Outrage.
So did I do things right and is this approved?

Geodude6: Braviary is not maxed. You missed a move. Approved.
Mowtom: Approved.
P2X7: Approved.
Rainman Legends: I'm sorry. The MC count for the purchase actually comes up to 102 M-Kidding. Approved.
Mulan15262: Approved.
Frosty: Honedge doesn't get Shadow Sneak and Metal Sound in ASB because it learns them as Pre-Level 26 moves. Please claim 5 Tutor moves for Honedge and 5 TM/HM moves for Honedge. Not Approved.
epicdrill: Approved.
Matezoide: Approved.
ZhengTann: Approved.
WeatherOfChoice: Approved.
Gale Wing Srock: Approved.
Shiny Fairymon: In the future, please break up your claims per mon in separate paragraphs. There is nothing necessarily wrong with what you have done here, but it just makes it easier on the approvers in they don't have to search through a paragraph looking for each counter claimed. Approved.

Placeholder saying I am supposed to approve akela as part of my test to be approver.
EDIT: This is an answer submission to akela's approver's test.

akela: A couple of things to sort out. Naturally Not Approved.
- That reffing you did is a 3v3 Triples with 4 rounds total. You could claim 1 extra UC for that (extra round bonus).
- You spent Tyrantrum's 4 MC and 2 KOC on 4 ORAS tutors/TMs, which cost 8 MC in total. Gotta select 3 outta 4, or cough up 2 UC.
- Ditto is supposed to have R2 Atk and SpDef, not R3, and does not learn Pound.
- Darumaka lacks a line saying that its nature is Rash, and also needs to get its gender sorted out.
- Krabby's Hidden Ability is Sheer Force, not Sand Force. Also you'll need to cough up 2 extra UC if you want it to learn Crabhammer and Guillotine, though you may add 2 more Egg moves and 1 more TM/HM to it for 5 Egg moves and 5 TM/HM moves total.
- Mankey's Nature is wrong. +Speed/-SpA is Jolly, not Naive, and it gives +15% Acc, not +14%.
- Snorunt is supposed to have 90 HP and 12 BRT.
- Munchlax lacks a sprite (minor issue I think), lacks Body Slam, Last Resort, and Snatch in its level-up movepool (another minor issue), has totally wrong stats (Major Issue. Yes I know √√256 is 4 but just put 4 okay?)
- EDIT2: Thank god I caught on this. You had 6 CC prior to this claim, added 11 CC from your battle, and then tried to spend 18 CC total on mons. The PCT refused a loan, so you gotta say you're coughing up 1 extra UC.
- EDIT3: Somehow I cheated when I looked at chanstats. Okay just realised that Munchlax's Nature is wrong, +SpA -Speed should be Quiet, not Sassy.

* * * * * * * * * * * *

EDIT4: This is a prize claim. Spending 2 UC to teach Juvia the Froslass the maybe broken Secret Power (ORAS TM).

UC: 84-2 = 82

Froslass - Juvia (F)

Juvia has a terrible crush on Gray. Period. This romance probably started when she spied Gray practicing the Ice Punches (since it worked quite well against Natsu) and she has been tagging along ever since. There's nothing Zheng could do to dissuade her, so he figured he might as well adopt Juvia too. Unfortunately, Gray is blind to the obvious - or rather, he does not find it in himself to reciprocate. Faced against such cool indifference, Juvia did not back down, making a promise to herself that she will, one day, let Gray see that she is already in his heart. Not that Gray isn't acting like a gentleman - so some of his actions towards Juvia was probably misleading, as well.

The chance to settle down gave Juvia hopes of raising a family of her own with Gray, of all things. Redoubling her efforts to spend time with Gray whenever he's not training for Halls, Juvia gets paranoid when another girl approaches Gray, to the point that her imagination runs wild of multiple-way relationships. Her affection with Gray had long been an open secret, one that she cares not about hiding. The girls secretly support her, and even the guys do nothing to impede her - or perhaps the lads just wanna see what Gray would do in such a situation. Her own training has not been set aside, though - in addition to wielding water in its coldest form, Juvia also hones her perceptive skills, something further enhanced by the Dawn Stone given by Zheng.
