Than what, Tangrowth? Tangrowth has a sleep move that hits on the first turn, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Block, and Higher HP. If you can't see the superiority of Tangrowth in a tanking role, I think you are missing something.

Tank Leafeon is outclassed by Tangrowth. BP Leafeon is outclassed by Celebi. Sweeper Leafeon is outclassed by Sceptile. Period.
