Pick Up:
Type: Innate
This Pokemon has a natural habit of collecting items. Mind (Mine Jr.) (F)
Nature: Timid
Type: Psychic
Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:
Soundproof:Type: Innate
Pokemon with this ability emit their own powerful electrostatic or sound-dampening field, making them immune to sound-based moves other than an ally's or their own Heal Bell. (Known sound moves: Bug Buzz, Chatter, Echoed Voice, Grasswhistle, Growl, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Metal Sound, Perish Song, Relic Song, Roar, Round, Screech, Sing, Snarl, Snore, Supersonic, Uproar.
Filter:Type: Innate
This Pokemon has a special energy barrier that reduces the Base Attack Power of any opponent’s super-effective attack by two (2).
Technician (DW):Type: Innate
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects.

Alch, Temp, Dummy007, Korski, Leethoof are all approved.

Maxim is not approved because Shock Wave is 3 MC, not 2 - it is a Gen IV TM.

Orcinus Duo you are approved, but you should note that you get standard counters for Pokemon that don't appear in a DQ, and also Scrafty should have one extra MC. You only used 3, because Scary Face is a level up move. I'd claim these.

Also, it's time to spend some of my counters, beginning with my BT:

I have a disturbing amount of unspent MC. Let's rectify this.

George the Lickilicky spends his 3 on Explosion (TM) and Wring Out (levelup).

Eoleo the Arghonaut picks up Dive (TM) and Swagger (TM) with his 4.

Spiffy the Cyclohm spends her 3 on Trick Room (TM) and Zap Cannon (levelup).

Phloem the Flarelm spends his 2 on Flame Burst and Leaf Tornado (levelup).

The Wizard the Electivire cashes in his 3 for Endure (past gen TM).

Boq the Golett buys Psychic and Grass Knot for 4 MC (TM).

Zero the Eelektross buys Dragon Claw (TM) and Zap Cannon (levelup) for his 3.

My lovely Hijinks the Krilowatt has a ridonculous 6 MC. Oh boy. Let's have Endure (past gen), Thunder Wave (TM) and BubbleBeam (levelup).

Coulomb the Galvantula is in a similar boat with 5. She'll get Sucker Punch (levelup), Struggle Bug, and Hyper Beam (TM).

And that's that.

From this battle I claim 2 TC, bringing my TC total to ... 2. I'll keep hold of these for now.

Maleficent the Hydreigon gets 3 MC. With those she will learn the BW TM Dragon Tail and the level up move Scary Face, bringing her MC to 0.

Ratcliffe the Empoleon gets 3 MC and 1 KOC, which is going into his MC. Using these 4 MC, he will learn the level up move Drill Peck and the HGSS tutor move Signal Beam, bringing his MC to 0.

Pete the Hariyama gets 3 MC and 1 KOC, which is going into his MC, bringing his total MC to 5. Using these 5 MC he will learn the BW TM Brick Break and the egg move Feint, bringing his MC to 0.

Athenodoros, I'm approving you only because you can afford the extra expenses, but you're gonna spend 114 BT, not 111 - check again your calcs. Also, Zen Headbutt is NOT a DPP TM but a tutor moves, and Dragon Rage is NOT an RSE tutor move but a RBY TM move ;-)

Son of Shadoo and Objection are approved as well.

Bringing my record to 3 AC and 9 approvals

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeegihjksn

9 RC for my buddy Aerodactyl.

Flamethrower (TM), Rock Tomb (TM), DefoG (Past Gen), Strength (TM)

slightly overdue, but I spent 3 MC on my Monohm for Dragon Pulse. Since DP's now a level-up move, I'd like two of them back, and I'd like to use them to purchase Protect

iaza11529655432100.gif

Monohm [Puff] (Female, Shiny) (Shiny Sprite made by Spenstar : D)
Nature: Modest
Type: Electric/Dragon
Electric: Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.
Dragon: Dragon STAB; More in touch with legendary or special auras in arenas. Able to use Hyper Beam and Giga Impact without losing focus.
About Puff: When Spenstar first saw Puff, she was an abandoned pink egg in the Pokemon day-care. Spenstar offered to buy the egg for two Trainer Counters, an offer which the day-care man accepted. While traveling the world with Rabbi, Spenstar also took care of the egg, giving it love and affection that a Pokemon egg should get. When the egg hatched, the Pokemon inside was revealed to be a pink female Monohm, which Spenstar named Puff. Since then, Spenstar has considered Puff to be like his own child, and has been the best father figure he can be for her, and she loves him with all her heart as a result. The other Pokemon on the team welcomed Puff and think of her as their little sister.

Puff is the first Shiny Monohm ever discovered, which gives her a sense of individuality no other Monohm can boast. This allows Puff to stand out despite the Cyclohm line being by far the most popular among trainers.
