When he wants to be, Pennywise is a very unforgiving character. The first to give you a smile.

First, I'll claim the allotted 10 bonus MC for Cheep-Cheep (Magikarp). She now has 10 MC.
Next, I'll claim a total of 32 UC from here, here, and here. I now have 45 UC.
Next, claiming from a rather pitiful but profitable Pike run. I'll claim 6 CC and add the 4 KOC for reaching Lucy (as well as 1 of Dobby's KOC) to it, giving me 11 CC and putting me at 12.
Dobby (Krilowatt) gets 2 more KOC, which I'll use to purchase Bulldoze (XY TM).

Harry (Volcarona) gets 3 MC, which I'll combine with his 1 MC and spend on Bug Bite and Silver Wind (XY Level-Up) and Hyper Beam (XY TM), leaving him with 0 MC.
Simon Heap (Nuzleaf) gets 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 AC. This puts him at 9/9 EC and 5/5 AC, so he evolves and unlocks Pickpocket! He also picks up Whirlwind and Leaf Tornado (Pre-25), and I'll spend his 3 MC on Icy Wind (B2W2 Tutor). He now has 0 MC.
Shiftry [Simon Heap] (M) Nature: Brave (Adds One (1) Rank to Attack; Divides Base Speed by 1.15 and gives a flat 10 point decrease in evasion, effectively adding 10 accuracy (e.g. 85 becomes 95) on an opponent’s attacks) Typing: Grass/Dark Grass: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poison Powder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None Dark: Dark STAB; ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.
Abilities:
Chlorophyll: During bright sunlight, this Pokemon's cells absorb more solar energy, doubling (x2) its speed. (Passive) Early Bird: This Pokemon is used to waking up at early hours or operating in low-light conditions; subsequently, sleep status is automatically reduced by one intensity level when inflicted on this Pokemon. When this Pokemon uses Rest, it will gain 18 HP per action and only be asleep for two actions. (Passive) Pickpocket (HA-Unlocked): This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponent's item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon.
Activate Pickpocket <ally> Command: Trades items with target ally.

Abilities:
Cute Charm: This Pokemon's natural cuteness causes Pokemon of the opposite gender to become attracted to it 30% of the time after striking with a contact move. (Passive) Magic Guard: This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. It can still attack itself in confusion but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is not negated. (Passive) Unaware (HA-Unlocked): When this Pokemon is released, a light aura enshrouds the opponent, nullifying all stat boosts or drops other than Speed. Frogadier [Popple] (M) Nature: Lonely (+1 Atk, -1 Def) Typing: Water Water: Water STAB; ignores arena restrictions on Water attacks that require an external water source. Evasive Diving reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
Abilities:
Torrent: When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33%, the BAP of its Water attacks is increased by two (2). (Passive) Protean (HA-Unlocked): By default, this Pokemon switches its type before striking with each damaging attack to match the attack it is about to use and keeps that type until another damaging move is used. The energy cost for the attack is calculated based on its type before using the move. When toggled, the Pokemon reverts back to its natural typing. Pokemon that also have the ability Color Change may select whether to keep their current type or the damaging attack's type each action. (Toggle)
Malibut (Remoraid) gets 1 EC (3 with Egg Counter and KOC), 2 MC, and 1 AC, putting him at 3/6 EC and 1/5 AC. I'll spend his MC on Signal Beam and Bullet Seed (XY Level-Up), putting him back at 0 MC.
