no, the only time TMs can be passed on is if the offspring can learn the move by TM, and both parents know it.Is it possible for a female parent to pass a tm move to its offspring when breeding with ditto?

Hi, on Smogon's Strategy Dex, it suggests Rotom-h with Shadow Ball, "if only to take out Cresselia". It also suggests HP Fighting as an alternative. Would it be wiser to use HP Fighting, seeing as how Cresselia is one of the least used OUs now?

If the male parent knows a TM or HM move and the baby can learn that same TM or HM, the baby will be born with that move. Also, if a genderless parent knows a TM or HM move when it breeds with Ditto, the baby will be born with that TM or HM move as well. For example, if you want a Swampert that knows the move Ice Beam, and you don't have Ice Beam as a TM, you can breed your Swampert with a male Dewgong that knows Ice Beam.
I decided to install Shoddy and RNG reporter to a different computer since I moved. Neither program runs; they both tell me they need "the correct program" to run them. I've never had any problems with Java before (they are both Java programs right?), is there anything I'm missing so these will run properly?
Thanks in advance,

it was probably due to Machamp's No Guard, which I believe hits even if you're underground, in the air, or in the water (Dig, Fly/Bounce, Dive)Does Dynamicpunch work against Bounce? Since I think I just had a battle via Shoddy where my Gyara bounced, a Machamp used the punch, and my Gyara was hit anyway.
I don't have the log, though.
Shoddy is indeed requires the Java runtime. However, RNGReporter is a .NET program, and as such needs the .NET or Mono runtime.
Can anyone give me a link to the page that shows how much a stat boost or decrease affects a stat? Thanks!
Is there a podcast or article to get better at team building?
I know there is an article section on smogon, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
Well, theres definitely no podcast. You could apply for a tutor.
lol I would like to, but I can never get in in time.
I'm checking constantly though.
At the risk of sounding like a total computer n00b (not far from the truth >_>), are these runtime programs free downloads I can find online, or do I have to activate/find them somewhere on my hard drive?
I don't know if there is an article somewhere about this, but I have a Modest Suicune at level 100 (which I raised back in the noob days so it sucks)
What I was wondering is if there's a way to EV my suicune - Or any other pokemon - at level 100 and still get the stats. And I don't just mean calciums and HP ups for 100 EVs, I was wanting 252 EVs on Hitpoints. Is this possible at all?
Never took statistics in high school? I'll break it down. How do you calculate probabilities? Example: Fire Blast hitting(or missing) 3 times in a row?
Nope, sorry. Once your Pokemon is at Level 100, there is no way of raising the EVs of your Pokemon higher than 100. EV-lowering berries work, although that would just make your Suicune worse. What I'd suggest is trading for a Suicune less than Level 100 (less than Level 50 if you're playing in the Battle Frontier) and using the berries, and EV training from there. Nothing you can do about nature, unfotunately.
EDIT: Also, where can I find the list of Pokemon, in order of how much they are used? I know Scizor is #1, and that Salamence is #2 or #4, but it would be nice to know where everyone is.
