He seems a little out of proportion in that the legs look too short compared to the body.

First of all, Poliwag does not have legs. No legs. None. That thing has legs and that is very creepy.

Second of all it's really, really tall for a Poliwag. It looks like you stretched it vertically. Also, it's belly and swirl are small, and the tail has a black outline which looks silly.

I beg to differ. Every official Poliwag sprite has legs, they're just short and thin.

The feet look too thick compared to the ingame images. And Poliwag's body is small and circular, your's appears to be oval-shaped. The swirl is okay, if a bit small for the size of the body. If you made the body smaller and more round it would look pretty nice for a second scratch.

Requesting 200x200 avatar of a street and some pokemon facing each other - maybe wearing gang stuff? The text should say 'Street PKMN Champ'. Looking forward to seeing the creative stuff you guys come up with!
 
I'd like a signature and avatar combo. I want the signature to have Gallade, Celebi, and Weavile facing Forretress, Ninetales, and Mismagius. I want to make it look like they are facing each other in a battle, and they should be in a Colosseum. For the avatar, I just want the Gallade, Celebi, and Weavile. If this is too complex, let me know and I will try to change it.

I think I got a good balance between the two shadings I had before.

Still working on the shading of the body, trying to make it not plain due to the large area of one color, but trying not to over do it.

If it just had feet, then it wouldn't move. The ankle is joined onto the leg. The ankle enables movement of the foot. Therefore, leg.

I'm not going to discuss a Pokemon's anatomy anymore.

It's for a contest over at Serebii. The theme is Winter / Christmas, and this weeks Subtheme is Re-type. So it has to be a Christmassy re-type. Along with that, there are four groups. Each had a different type. Mine was Electric, so it's a Christmassy Electric Re-type.

As you can see, Voltorb makes good Christmas pudding. C+C?

Good retype. Usually people would go for voltorb as an ornament, but pudding is pretty creative.

And thanks. Any blaring faults I need to know about, or is it ready for submission?
 
It is a tad small for my taste, but that's just me.
The outline is good, but the black on the top right of his head stand sout a little too much in the one with white.

That's all I can see, I'm not good at critique. :P

It looks worse if it doesn't have that bit of black. It'll look like it has a gaping hole in it's head. xO

Been forever since I was on here, page 17 was my last time on I think, anyway I made some re-vamps of the Yellow version Charizard sprite, Gold Blastoise, and I think it's the Silver Venasaur, I made it a month ago, but here it is
