Ofcourse. It only works when you're at full health.
Really? So, if you switch something out that has been damaged, and then use Trick and steal a Focus Sash, will the Sash not work?
So if you take a hit that doesn't activate the Sash, then heal back to 100%, then take another hit that would KO you, does the Sash activate?
And if your Sash is used, then you acquire another one by thief/trick/whatever, then get healed to full health, will you have the protection of the new Sash?
Why isn't there a great interrest in double battles in smogon?
it seems to be everything (battles, strategies, etc) are all based off the traditional 1v1 battle
okay thanks...but what is Shoddy battle?
What percentile does a Pokemon have to be in in order to be OU?
It's easiest to RNG manipulate ;-)if i am to breed for a Roserade for HP ground, would it be easier to have one parent with half the IVs and the other with the other half of the IVs for HP ground- Or would it be easier to have both parents with the IV combination for HP Ground?

Besides, if both parents already have HP ground, then one of them is already a HP Ground Roserade. In which case, why do you need to carry on breeding?
@OMG_its_Dunsparce!!: I'm not sure why Relaxed is mentioned. The given EVs leave the defenses almost balanced(5 more points in physical). So I'm sure sassy would work just as well.
You wouldn't use Quiet though. Gyro Ball and epxplosion are physical moves. If you wanted more offensive power for some reason, you'd use Brave. (But you probably should have a good reason before doing so)
Anyone know the answer to this?
Heracross is the last OU Pokemon ranked 45 in the usage statistics. It has a 3.51% usage. Porygon-Z and Cresselia are the next two with 3.25% usage. Why were these two Pokemon moved to UU?
Why isn't Rotom-C UU or BL then? Did someone decide that all the Rotom Appliances would be tiered together? They're listed seperately for virtually all purposes.
would HP dragon be okay for a Modest Specs Magmortar (252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4Spd)
using thunderbolt, flamethrower, focus blast
More on Rotom - what are the form abbreviations meant to stand for? I guess H is Heat, F Frost, and W Wash, but what are S and C meant to stand for?
S is Spin Rotom.C is cut I believe, no idea on S
