I was recently in the battle frontier doing a double battle with my Zapdos and Dragonite vs whatever the game threw at me. My Dragonite has Light Screen, EQ, and Rockslide. When I used EQ, two of its PP were taken, while when i used light screen or RS, only one was taken. Why is this?

It's probably due to the fact that Zapdos is one of the targets of EQ and since Zapdos has pressure, you would lose 2 PP
Spiritomb is the closest Pokemon I can think of next to Rotom.
Zapdos' ability = Pressure
Moves that affect this Pokémon (including Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Stealth Rock) lose one extra PP per turn. When a Pokémon with this ability is first in the party, wild encounters have a higher chance of occurring.
What is 'like' Rotom depends what you're using it for. If you want a special sweeping ghost, Gengar. If it's for a defensive spin-blocker, Spiritomb or Dusknoir. If it's to counter Scizor, Magnezone even.
Rotom forms can be had in HGSS without a key item. (It can't be caught in HGSS, so has to be traded in). I don't know if they can be used in WiFi battles though. I think the whole reason they're banned is that the Formes aren't programmed into Diamond and Pearl, meaning that if Platinum battles Diamond, and Platinum were to use Rotom-H and Giratina-O say, the Diamond player would see the non-appliance Rotom and Giratina-A sprites. This problem won't go away with HGSS.

Rotom-H and Spirtomb's stats are similar, and can both run SleepTalk sets with Shadow Ball, Will-o-wisp, and HP Fighting. You can also try Dusknoir, mainly as a spin blocker, but also as a tank with pain split.
what ev's and moves would you run on a agility gliscor?
I was thinking adamant becuase it would need all the power it could get
needs enough speed to outrun mix mence though
moves... agility/eq/ice fang... and what?
thunderfang for gyarados? other than that I see no use because a bulky water won't die to it and I will be forced to switch unless i predict the switch
fire fang for scizor? i see no use outside of that
ideas? xscissor? ariel ace for stab?

I think the move your forgeting is stone edge. And I would remove ice fang for batton pass, which can make for some great plays (like batton passing the agility to a lucario on a predicted ice beam).
Of course they do get STAB and the calculations are fine. The problem is that only Snorlax and Lickylicky have access to those moves.

Selfdestruct does in fact function the same way as Explosion. So, Selfdestruct will have a base power of 400.

New question: I'm trying to breed a Treecko. I am locked onto a Timid Male right now. I am trying to breed it so it has 31/x/30+/30+/30+/31, using parents that have 31/31/31/31/31/x and 31/31/31/31/x/x. I do not have access to Heart Gold or Soul Silver, so I can't lock any IVs. The probability program only covers 31 and 0 to 30, so I can't use it to find out. So, what would the probability be?
To help make it easier:
Parent 1: 31/31/31/31/31/x
Parent 2: 31/31/31/31/x/x
Bred on Platinum
Chances of getting a spread of 31/x/30+/30+/30+/31 = ?
For comparison's sake, you can also include the odds if it was done in Heart Gold/Soul Silver with the parents holding a Power Weight and a Power Bracer, but it is not needed
With RNG abuse, you could quite easily get 31/31/31/31/31/31. If you're resetting, I don't know the chances but it's very slim.

Yes, I know, I'm insane. But meh, only time I would consider it is for a legendary due to the fact that you are completely at the mercy of the RNG then

I've never tried it but I think its hard at the beginning and then gets easier as you get used to it...
I think its different with each pokemon if there is one...
