Ok, this is the full description for adamant entei, " OT-Jack, ID-41748, Adamant nature, May 2, 2007, Kanto-Apparently met at Lvl. 50, Likes to thrash about, likes spicy food.

Attack- 165
Def.- 107
Sp. Attack- 100
Sp. Def.- 97

It looks like there is an unknown amount of EVs on those stats (or it's not at level 50, so tell us its current level), so it's impossible to calculate its IVs (and therefore help determine its legitimacy). Use the EV reducing berries and come back.
 
Question : Is it possible to evolve a Chansey to Blissey in Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald?

i.e. I trade a Chansey from FireRed to my Sapphire. I make it the happiest it can be. It evolves after one level OR it doesn't evolve at all.

If the Entei is at level 50 with NO EXPERIENCE POINTS (beyond the number it had when caught; the bar indicating how far along the level you are is at zero), then it is a CONFIRMED HACK, because the only way it could get EVs is from vitamins, but 100 Atk EVs (the maximum by Vitamins) isn't enough to produce the stat given (you need 120).

@ xKYOU Yes, Chansey will evolve into Blissey just fine with enough happiness. I think the game gives a way to find out if happiness is maxed, though I forget what it is.

Double battle, make sure Smeargle has protect. Have your opponent use Explosion, while Smeargle uses protect, then Sketch next turn.

So it will evolve in Sapphire, even though you can only get it in FireRed/LeafGreen? I should have made the question a bit more specific.
 
Yes, Chansey will definitely evolve into Blissey in Sapphire.

I think it's indeed the case that you can't keep moves Sketched in link battles.

Info on Vaporeon's counters can be found here. Scroll down to the "Counters" section. Off the top of my head, Lanturn and Celebi are pretty good counters, and stuff like Empoleon that is resists Toxic can set up easily.
 
I wouldn't use Empoleon. Grass Knot isn't that effective to defeat Vaporeon with Wish and Protect (even with Sp.Atk boost). While HP Electric counters Empoleon.
 
Latias is an excellent Vaporeon counter, Blissey completely walls Vaporeon and can toxic it. Celebi (offensive variants) and Shaymin are all fine counters. The list goes on.

depends on the game. hoenn has a weak elite 4 but emerald can duplicate rare candies alot at a time. Kanto has a stronger elite 4 and goes a bit faster. Jhoto is a bit slow due to having a hard time finding rematches. Sinnoh is the fastest with the elite 4 and the place on the bbattle ground. My advice is to beat the battle ground then change the time to 11:59 pm, let it go to the next day, and battle them again.

He wants to boost the power of facade but there are better pokemon for that, who actually benefit from the status such as, Ursaring and Swellow

EDIT: i know theres better pokemon like swellow and ursaring, but im talking just shaymin.

Don't bother with gimmick sets; there are always much easier options.

Also, you would only boost Facade until you had to use Rest (which would happen very quickly). This set is also walled completely by half of the top 10 most used Pokémon (and 6 out of the top 11).
