Munchlax is ridiculously rare - I think it's a 1% encounter rate on only certain trees, which depend on your Secret ID. But it is findable.

Of course, Snorlax can be easily had in FRLG and HGSS.

I changed my mind... So far I have these...

Latias@ Leftovers
Evs: 4Def/252 HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Dragon Pulse
~ Wish
~ Protect
~ Roar

Milotic@ Leftovers
Evs: 16 SpD / 252 HP / 242 Def
Calm Nature
~ Surf
~ Toxic
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk

I was considering Blissey and Skarmory, or Foretress because I still need a Cleric, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin... Any ideas for last four team slots? Specific sets are encouraged (and I won't be changing what I already made). I thought about using Roserade, Blissey, Milotic, Latias, Starmie, and Skarmory but there's an overwhelming electric weakness...

Really, I just need someone to help me make a standard stall team fitting the above Milotic set!

Could this make a good OU stall team?

Toxic-Spike Lead Roserade
Sleeptalk Milotic
PHazing, Healing Latias
Rapid-Spin Starmie
Cleric Blissey

What pokemon should go in the last slot? Preferably something that learns Spikes and Stealth Rock...

I would definitely put a physical defensive Steel type in there. Maybe Forretress > Starmie. Forretress can learn Stealth Rock and Spikes + Rapid Spin. Also Gyarados is a great Sleeptalk pokemon in stall teams so put him over Milotic. You have one place left and I would suggest a spin blocker, maybe Rotom-a.

You get the National Dex just before boarding the S.S. Aqua.

The Regional Dex has been expanded to 256, adding Tangrowth, Mamoswine, Lickilicky, Yanmega, and Ambipom (those that evolve by knowing a certain move).

Can you RNG-abuse Lugia/Ho-Oh (or any interactable legendaries) in HGSS? If so, is it the same method as DPPt?
RNG manipulation is possible in HGSS. The general method is the same. However, methods of advancing the frame are different and I believe it's still a bit tricky, and the absence of the Poketch means you can't check your seed before advancing the frame. So it's overall a more difficult and lengthy process.

Are there any specific guides out for it yet? Or are people still on the research? Can't seem to find it on the PRNG info thread on wi-fi forum

What makes a pokemon legit?

I know there are the originals, and then cloning. So those are both legit right? What about AR Wondercards, are the pokemon that come from them any good, or should I go to Gamestop and get Jarachi? Someone said they are Semi-legit, what exactly would that mean for me? Does it mean they are harder to trade or something? Even if I get Jarachi, I know there are other Wondercard pokemon that I can not get any more. How often do people just use the AR for wondercards, and is it easy to find those pokemon completely legit just by trading? Of course I don't have anything to trade because I just started. Sorry for asking here but I searched everywhere and there are always people that know the answer to some random question but I could never find the basics. I assume Wondercard pokemon are pretty rare and if you can get them with an AR or something and people will still trade for them pretty much everyone would know about it.

a legit pokemon is anything with the legal IV nature combo and with legal EVs and ability.
you can use AR to get wondercards and pokemon you get from them are legit (unless you mess with their IVs EVs...)

Getting the wondercard with an AR code and then soft resetting for the Pokemon is considered legit as far as I know. Cloning a Pokemon doesn't affect its legitimacy either. And this is the right place to ask that kind of questions.

Why did someone say it was semi-legit? I know I've seen that term on trade threads. I trust your info but I know semi-legit is something. I'm likely going to get the gamestop one anyways, but there are other wondercard pokemon. Why isn't there a guide anywhere about legit pokemon when people talk about it all the time?

Edit: Is there some reason everyone does not use the AR for wondercards then? I mean do people not like those pokemon or something?

Because considering a Pokemon "legit" is something arbitrary, since Pokemon obtained through an hacked wondercard and a Pokemon obtained through an original one have no differences.

I went to the Arceus event as well as the Pichu event, and got the wondercards but never actually got them from inside delivery man in the Pokemart. I wanted to get Jirachi today, but I was wondering if there is a limit to the number of Pokemon that the delivery man can hold for you.

Edit: I haven't gotten Arceus or Pichu yet because I've been saving them for a rainy day, where I can recieve them and soft reset until they have the specific IV's I have been looking for.

yes there is a limit I hink it is 3-5 pokemon but im not sure

Jirachi @ Expert Belt
EV's: 252 Atk/64 Sp. Atk/192 Spe
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch/Ice Punch
- HP Fighting/Thunderbolt
- Draco Meteor

Do you guys think HP Fighting on the Physical Mix Jirachi set(with Draco Meteor) is redundant coverage with Iron Head there as well? I was doing calcs on it vs. Heatran and Ttar. Turns out it's a possible 2HKO on Heatran after SR and it hits Tyranitar harder than Iron Head would. I know if I lose T-Bolt, I can't do much to Gyarados. Skarmory, Suicune and Swampert would be hell(the latter two would be anyway unless I ran Grass Knot =/).

'Semi-legit' usually refers to event Pokemon when the event in question is obtained by hacking, but the Pokemon itself is caught/got normally. Generally regarded as acceptable, especially with stuff like Dakrai and Deoxys that have only ever been events.

@Shoes McFace: The limit ofnnumber of Wondercards is 3.

@ AuraSphere: I believe so as I have my copy reserved and put $5 towards it assuming retail price is $40
No I mean when you reserve it the ORIGINAL price is now $35, then its $30 after the reserve. Is this true? Sorry for misexplaining(is that a word? did I spell it right?).

Thanks UltraSkydive! That delivery man us only holding 2 Pokemon, so even if the maximum is three, I still have one slot to spare.

Also, I was wondering how, or if it is even possible to trade Pokemon from Colluseum, XD, Box RS, or Channel (played on Wii) to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum(played on DS)? I also have Ruby, Emerald, Firered and Leafgreen (played on GBA, which I have) if trading to the DS games doesn't work. If Wii to GBA doensn't work, then does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to make it work, without buying a Gamecube? Thanks! :)

I'm trying to utilize RNG on my Platinum version, but I have a few questions:

1.) Is there a way to change your initial seed, or do you just have to work with what you're handed?

2.) Is there any way to advance the RNG by 1 (or any odd number) besides walking?

3.) I know my starting seed, and have a predictable delay time, but I don't quite understand how to take an IV spread that I want and calculate the time that I should start the game at to make the spread available for my starting seed.

Help?
