Are there either sleep or OHKO clauses? I couldn't find those in the rules & regulations page and just wanted to make sure...
no. infact dark void smeargle [sashed or scarfed] is a team killer if you are not prepared for it.
With seniors registration from 1:00 - 1:30, what time would someone need to arrive in order to fill out their team sheet, get in line, etc., and guarantee themselves a spot?

As long as you are IN LINE by 1PM you are fine, unless they hit the player cap. I would show up around 12PM at latest.
And the final match is normally done around 5-6 PM.
Thunder Wave is a support move that doesn't affect Ghost-types when used by Delcatty.
What does "goodstuffs" mean?

Hey guys - I'm making a team for my brother in Juniors. He's only 7, so I don't want to be too complicated for him. I was thinking of spamming Blizzard, with Mewtwo and Abomasnow. What other two (or really, four) should I have for him? What items should I give the leads + backups? Thanks for any help :)
i would recomend type coverage back ups. he is only seven but you should be able to grind weather control and type coverage into his mind easy. so for abomasnow, the back up should be something that he can switch into that takes fire and earth/fighting blows nicely, if it can have fake-out[ludicolo] or learn hail even better. then for mewtwo same. have something that he can switch into that takes shadow/dark moves very nicely and then can turn around and sweep. then all you have to do is teach him when to switch. should be easy to know seeing its all based on types. now all he has to do is control weather and switch in and out when needed.
i'll do some looking and if i see some nice back-ups i will edit this posts.
Edit: ludicolo although he is a great stall pokemon and can learn fake out,hail and blizzard, and is a threat check for kyogre,groudon,palkia etc, he is weak to bug and flying as well so if you switch him in for abomasnow he still takes heavy damage.
Kyogre / Togekiss / etc, etc
Follow Me, Waterspout, Follow Me, Waterspout.... etc etc... little kids won't know what to do with it lol
Or you could always go with what the guy from seatle did. CB groudon eq, CSpecs zapdos discharge, Cscarf abomasnow blizzard, and g-orb giriatina shadow force spamming. Its easy to use and hard to beat. You could even have zapados with heat wave and teach him when to use that over discharge.
Unfortunately, it won't unless... well, you know how. It's strange, since what happens if you Knock Off Griseous Orb off in a regular local wireless match?
Just want to ask, is anyone crazy enough to use a Choice Scarf Smeragle in these tourneys so far? I think I am overthinking it, since I want to put a Safeguard in somewhere, and I don't know if I even need it.
