You can trade for evos if you want. It's a personal desicion.
Cayr: I give you Treecko. It must learn and keep Screech always. Using the move tutor, teach it Swagger. You must solo one of Wattson's Pokemon with a Swagger + Screech combo, only those moves to evolve into Grovyle. You may then delete Swagger if you want. Cannot become a Sceptile until you beat your Rival in Victory Road.
@Cayr: Use a Makuhita. To evolve, it must have both Fake Out and SmellingSalt. It must keep those moves.
Looking to start a challenge in Platinum. No trades. I need a Surfer and Flier. Other than that, OP rules.

Aipom- To evolve, it needs to Baton Pass a Nasty Plot five times. It should keep BP and Nasty Plot, and its other moves should be special.
Chatot- Only attacking move can be Chatter until it solos a Galactic member.
East Sea Shellos- Nickname SoftReset. Needs to solo a trainer's Magnemite using only Surf to evolve. It should be the second out of two that I catch.
Duskull- Nickname LAZZER. Caught at Lost Tower in a Dusk Ball. To evolve it must know the three beam moves that it can learn: Ice Beam, Charge Beam, and Hyper Beam by level 45. Otherwise, I will box it for the E4 run.
Pachirisu- Nickname Paradox808. Can only use electric moves, and its ability must be Pickup. It must faint in the first E4 battle, and can't be revived until the game is beaten.

Chateau, I gave him Treecko already about 4 posts up :P Also, his Feebas already has to learn Ice Beam before evolving, having 2 to learn ice beam when its only available once is a little overkill.

It must keep Baton Pass and Nasty Plot at all times and after evolving (Double Hit is necesarry for this, get rid of it ASAP afterwards), must have 2 special attacks. You can soft reset for Technician if you want.

Whoops, hehe. In that case, cayr, take a male Swablu, and name it QTip. It must solo Liza and Tate with one other Pokemon before evolving, and it must always know Protect and Safeguard.
Update: My brother appears to have deleted my save file this morning while I was gone. After I was done burying his corpse I restarted and FINALLY found another female Bidoof with (PFCVagoo) +SpA nature and Simple. Vagoo dutifully destroyed my Rival and now we're off to beat Roark.
Turtwig (Noggin) didn't even take damage beating Roark, so we made our rounds through the Rock Smash-accessible part of Oreburgh Gate, leveling Vagoo. She learned Rollout, making her even more of a killing machine.
Team Galactic wants the Old Man's Sweet Honey! Good thing I have Vagoo to save the day. With a Simple-boosted Defense Curl, she destroyed all of Team Galactic. Also with Rollout, it attacks by itself, so I can leave my DS and come back to a slaughtered opponent. Vagoo can't be stopped. I think Meditite can be captured in the upcoming route, so I'll be catching m next team member while I wait for Sweet Honey to attract a female Burmy.

get a psyduck and name it paradox. it can't evolve unless it solos 3/5 of your rivals pokemon in the tower in lavender (forgot the name). must always have each water typed move it has when it evolves, and must not forget them.

Cayr, i gave you a ralts a while ago (albeit it had to be fixed, thanks Paradox808). Take it or leave it.
Rizoey: Take a Pachirisu. Name it Paradox808, it must have Pickup (you can use the stuff, it's about all that will come in handy), and it can only use electric moves. I'm being mean, i know. It also must faint in the first E4 battle, and not be revived until you beat the game.

cayr: Use Torchic as your starter. You may only evolve it into Combusken after you obtain Rock Smash at Mauville City. From then on, it must always know at least 2 HM moves of your choice.

On another note, I think I'll start a Scramblocke (Scramble + Nuzlocke) challenge of my own on Emerald. I will accept 12 Pokemon.
Notes:
- I'll be using an emulator, so no trading for evolution or anything.
- No hacking. I don't like it!
My rules:
1. I will catch exactly one Pokemon from each route. Since this is also a Scramble challenge, I will not necessarily catch the first Poke I see, but rather the Poke given to me for that route. If no Poke was given to me from that route, I will instead just catch the first non-duplicate Poke I see.
2. No duplicates!
3. Each time you give me a Poke, specify which route I must catch it from.
4. I will only be allowed to train the 12 Pokemon given to me. In other words, 6 of those 12 will be in my E4 team.
5. If one of my 12 main Pokes dies, TS. I'll have to release it and chose another Poke from the remaining 11 to replace it. If I run out of replacements, super TS.
6. I WANNA FLYGON ERRRRGH lol jk
7. Try and let me have at least 6 of the 12 Pokemon obtained before the 4th gym, okay?
Aaaaand that's it! Go wild people, but please don't make it so difficult that I cry.
Places so far:
1. Trapinch - must know Hyper Beam to evolve into Vibrava (Desert)
2. Ralts (Pachirisu) - 2nd highest level at all times, at E4, must be boxed and never used again (I was so happy until I read the last bit) (Route right of Petalburg)
3. Solrock/Lunatone - must have both STABs accounted for at all times (Meteor Falls)
4. Electrike (female) - must solo Flannery (Route north of Slateport)
5. First Ghost-type I see - must have 2 STAB moves (Mt. Pyre)
6. Wurmple - must know Silver Wind and Whirlwind, may never be lowest levelled Poke (Petalburg Woods)

Sorry, couldn't resist. There's also a Sandshrew that must faint every gym that's named after you as well, if i remember correctly. And it's not evil, just an annoying little pest. Kinda like me, really. Except i can't use Discharge. haha
I'll still give them out, though, i love watching people suffer with a useless Pachirisu. So glad i didn't get one. :)
Chomzloh, take a Ralts (god i love giving out Ralts). Name it Pachirisu. Catch it on the route just east of Petalburg City (where Wally gets his). It can evolve anytime, anywhere, as long as it's not a cave. As a Gardevoir, it has to be the second highest levelled member of your team, until you get to the E4. Once you get there, it should be boxed, and never used again.
Again, I already gave him his starter.
Now, for your Scramblocke, I give you Lunatone/Solrock, whichever one is in Emerald. It must have both STABs accounted for at all times once possible.
That reminds me, how is your run going?
@rizoey, I will round out your team with an East Sea Shellos named SoftReset. Catch two and use the second one. It may not evolve until it learns Surf and solos any trainers Magnemite using only Surf.
@chomzloh: Bring a female Elektrike named Contessa. It may evolve if it solos Flannery.

Um, i'm currently tanking all of Sunyshore Gym (Master Ball'd Dialga at Spear Pillar, currently in my box to trade over to my SS). Lorak's going great, actually. Lv. 44, so it still can't evolve (goddamnit, learn Giga Drain already!!!), but it's runs a SeedDrain set really well. Tanks bloody everything. Except the odd Flying type.
And i hate whoever it was that made me catch a Chimecho. Not only was it crazy hard to find (caught the first one, lucky), it's also a useless piece of utter ----. Heal Bell is practically useless with pitiful defenses. Seriously, instead of Pachirisu, take this guy instead. It's even worse.
BTW, i'll post my team after E4, where do i get those awesome pokemon sprites i see so often?

@chomzloh, catch a Wurmple in the Petalburg Woods. No matter what it evolves into, it must learn both Whirlwind and Silver Wind, and may not forget those moves. It may never be the lowest leveled Pokemon in your team.
