Those are the gender ratios for non-50/50 gender ratio pokemon.
12.5 is 12.5% female / 87.5% male
25 is 25% female / 75% male
75 is 75% female / 25% male
Also, wailord is in the 50/50 gender ratio, so you would only be looking at the first column.

No, no, no. I wasn't asking are they all correct. I'm simply asking what does each of the gender ratio go for?
The other told me the first gender ratio goes for wild pokemon.
And the second gender ratio goes for pokemon like Snorlax.
So my question is what does the other two gender ratios go for?
I'm asking because I'm trying to rng capture a wild bold (male) Wailord with Electric hp but the 3 seeds that I found only have a Female gender ratio for the pokemon in the wild.
But all of the first gender ratio's in the 3 seeds that I found have the letter F. which means I only can find female instead of male. So I guess I'll just have to use my Poke RNG to find another seed.
This is quoted from the first page. I'm starting to RNG Raikou in European version of SoulSilver so which one is true, Raikou's Monster Frame is 5 or 6?Starting frames:
If a Pokemon is NOT listed here, assume it has a starting frame of 1.
Raikou: 1
Entei: 6 (unless Raikou has been caught, then it's 1)
Note: It has been reported that in European versions Entei is 1 and Raikou is 6.

(tested on HeartGold, US version) [Note: It has been reported that in European versions Entei is on frame 1 and Raikou on frame 5, rather than the other way around.]
In order to breed Non-Shiny Pokemon all you have to do is make sure that the ID/SID doesn't match correct?
Right, bit confused on this one.
Managed to get an egg locked in, Im now aiming for seed BD0E0259, so Entei is on route 33. Trouble is, if I get Entei on this route, I get an entirely different seed, and different Elm calls etc.
Ive tested some other results and its very hit and miss whether the route Entei is on matches to what the Elm calls are supposed to be.
Any ideas? Should I kill Entei off and try on phone calls alone?
Ok I'm having a hard time trying to catch a Shiny Aron at Fuego Ironworks (already had and have the same delay and frame), I'm sure I'm hitting the right frame but everytime i enter the patch I get a shiny Magnemite, so I went to the encounter slot page again and I saw that magnemite is also on slot 7 on Grass just as Aron is on slot 7 on "PokeRadar" part, so my questions are:
1.Will I get the same magnemite over and over again?, I read in some old posts that you need to hit a sparkling patch to get a pokeradar pokemon, but 2. does that has something to do with my actual problem? and 3. If that's the problem, what can I do to hit Aron's slot 7 instead of Magnemite' slot 7?
Never faced this problem before >_<
How am I suppose to rng abuse the Wailord at Route 230 if they're NPC's in the area on Platinum?
And how do I check the delay that i hit with my Coin flip if there are NPC's?
Do I just go do it at the pokemart or something?
Have you checked whether the npc's are trainers? You can always move to an area where no npc's are present on the screen. At least, that what I've done.
That's true. If they're trainers, use the vs seeker to freeze them
But I have to batte them first. Even though they aren't on the screen, it still messes up my Frame and my rng abuse. Unless.... what if I save in the Pokemart first and if I hit a delay, adjust the time, keep doing until I'm able to hit the right delay. If I managed to do it, Go save in front of the lake at Route 230, then trying hitting the right delay again and if I managed to do it, I pause the quickly, then I advance the frame without looking at the coin flip, and while I'm paused go to the item and click super rod and see I'm able to get the wailmer and hit the right delay. Would that work?
So why don't you battle them?
As the latter option is just a pain. That's what I did, and it was really stupid >.>
So I figured out how was advancing my frame and than stopped them.
Stopping all RNG advancing NPCs is the best way to go.
But even if we do defeat them will they still mess up the frame?
If you battle them, and they stop moving. As long as you don't leave the route, they will keep still and not advance your frame any.
Even if you save and turn off the game and then back on?
Yuppers. The only thing that makes them go back to advancing is if you leave the area that they are in.
