List of Released Dream World Pokemon and Attacks

Eff yeah, 5016 points. I'll be seeing the Sky tomorrow :)

I finally had a good night, too. Got more than 7 pokemon, at least. Only one female, though, and it's the one everyone and their mother has- Cloud Nine Lickitung.
 
Seems there's new pokemon at the 20000 point mark as well. Not a lot of info on them yet, of course. But apparently Miracle Skin Skitty shows up in the forest with 20000, according to the Japanese wiki.　As for the known pokemon, the special moves are starting to pop up:

Tauros - Iron Tail
Drifloon - Skill Swap
Staryu - Icy Wind
Mantyne - Air Cutter
Luvdisc - Icy Wind

Nothing game changing, especially since Starmie's new ability requires it to go after its opponent. I get the feeling if we get a DW Zapdos it's going to have Air Cutter and not Heat Wave or Gale because Nintendo is cruel.

That's about it. Got my Mischievous Heart Murkrow today. Overconfidence Honch isn't too bad ^^.

Edit: So I just looked at Starmie's Move Tutor moves from Gen IV and I'm really disappointed. He loses Trick, Magic Coat, Gravity, Pain Split, and Signal Beam, but gets Icy Wind? With Analyze? Natural Cure was going to be the standard ability anyway, but it would have been nice to see some niche Trick Scarf Analyzers. If Analyze activates after opponent switches, it could still have some use.

BTW Sargento and everyone else having major DW problems, I looked at the Global Link website's troubleshooting FAQ about not being able to enter the Dream Island, and this is what it says:


  • ＜ゆめしまについて＞「ゆめしま」に橋がかかっていません。
  • 「ゆめしま」への橋がかかっていない場合には、ポケモンを寝かしつけていないか、「ゆめの木」に願いごとをして仲間になったポケモンがボードにいる可能性があります。
    なお、ボードにポケモンがすでに50匹いる場合や、ハイリンクの森がいっぱいの場合も、「ゆめしま」に行くことができませんので、一度、ご利用状況をご確認ください。
Unfortunately, this is the exact same things we suggested. Check to see if you've got a befriended pokemon on the board or make sure you've got less than 50 pokemon in your high link forest. Seems like Nintendo has no idea what's going on either.

Edit: Took a quick glance at the wiki again. Hydration Lapras shows up in the Sea stage after 20000 points. Awesome.

One shining ocean run today, all pokemon met were males. ):
Wooper - Body Slam
Staryu - Water Gun
Seaking - Endure
Relicanth - Sleep Talk
Magikarp - Bounce

Also, I have a question. Does the DW flag get passed down to offsprings who do not have a DW ability? Kind of like how abilities can change after evolution? The reason being because I bred a few female starlys from my female dw staravia and I won't know if they have the DW ability until I evolve them, and there's also the chance of them removing the DW flag simply because starlys do not have a DW ability. Can anyone confirm this?

A Bidoof in the movement board, and very happily living in there during two weeks.
Zero Pokemon in my high link forest.
No Dream Island for me.

Yes, you need to evolve to confirm if he continues with the ability. The whole problem is that DW Ability Ability it is the same as he normally learn. Do not worry that the chance of it coming with DW Ability is the same from others. not only has the check without evolving.

New pokemon are Mantine, Krabby and Floatzel. Wooper and Magikarp refused to be female. ): At least I got my hands on a female DW mantine.

Evolved 4 starlys, 1 male, 3 females. All except the male had the DW ability. Thanks. :)
 
According to Serebii there are two fairly big releases after 20,00 points in Magic Mirror Natu and Marvel Scale Dratini

EDIT: Just realised that Natu had already been released but Dratini is still new.
 
All these unlocks at extreme point levels are making me depressed, the Dream World is rapidly becoming a bore and it bites.

I got myself a Nidoran-F though which is nice...my Sky World was pretty uneventful, however. Is it just me or did it get way harder to get females? I think I got one female total from Sky World...
 
This question has been asked multiple times but I'm a dickhead who can't find the answer anymore, but where can I see how many DW Points I have?

Encountered 18 pokémon today... STILL NO NIDORAN-F. Gamefreak, I'm warning you guys....
 
Click on the trainer card on the Pokemon GL page after you sign in. Your points should appear in the bottom right-hand corner if I am remembering correctly.

Marvel Scale Dratini is out?! That's the first thing to interest me since the DW opened! I only need 13,000 more points... >_>

His ability is so awesome I thought for sure he'd be an event. Since Roost isn't an egg move, I really hope he gets this as his special move. Problem is Dratini doesn't really fly, so having roost on it would be pretty odd. Can only hope I guess.

Does anyone know how points are calculated or obtained? 20,000 seems like a ridiculous amount, seeing as I've played for 4 days and am at a whole.... 800... yaaaaay :(

Quick trivia: Dragonite learns Roost by Heart Scale so no prob with it + Multiscale. :)

^Seriously. If it takes 20,000 points to get relatively bad Pokemon, what will it take to get legendaries like Zapdos and Entei?
 
I don't know if I'm happy to see Dratini and Tentacool because I love Dragonite and Tentacruel or annoyed that I need so many more points to get there. :/ If only we could have eight rows of berries or something to water--even with only a max of four, I often get more points from watering stuff than I do collecting Pokemon, and it takes so much less time. The really scary thing is knowing how far I'd go if someone discovers Vulpix or Ditto.

Anyway, I finally cracked the 10,000 mark in my White, but they didn't let me even see the ocean until four more clicks afterward, when things were long dried up. I'll be able to give results from the ocean tomorrow, hopefully.

Wow, if that was the only thing to interest me I would have quit long before 7,000 points. :P So far I've appreciated Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Exeggutor, Lickitung, Lickilicky, Tangela, Tangrowth, Murkrow (though I haven't gotten a female one yet), Gligar, Gliscor, Altaria, and Staraptor, and I'm looking forward to Slowpoke, Slowbro, Slowking, Starmie, Gyarados, Sharpedo, maybe Miltank, Tentacruel, Cradily, Lapras, and Dragonite. Even with that, it still feels like a drag.

Edit: Eh, actually, I guess I would have kept going just on the hope that Vulpix and Ditto will eventually be found. I'd probably have stopped playing the minigames for Pokemon I don't want and just stuck to watering berries for points, though.

Yeah you can find them here. You'll start making points faster when you get used to it. I've been playing since the DW was released and I make on average 500 points a day with 10 friends. I'd make more too if any of my friends ever had berries to water. T_T

Well I figured that if I wanted DW pokemon I'd have to start working on DW points anyways. Plus I don't have access to a Japanese g4 game so I can't get away with trading Jirachis from my Colosseum bonus disc anymore, so I need some kind of rare Pokemon for trades... xD
 
There is a mistake on Serebii.net, they are saying that Wingull is a Shinning ocean pokemon, but it is from open Sky... well, I don't know if it is on both, but I'm sure that you can find it on open sky.
 
I'm not suprised you get pokemon like marvel scale dratini after that many points.
It gives you so much more satisfaction after getting it with having to do so much more effort to get it.

I think a lot of u guys should be very happy with how early you can get encourage nidoking... hehe :p
