Well I've been trying Toastplusone new timer which works perfect for me now. This is the second time for me trying to get a shiny snorlax with flawless IV's. Last time I aimed for flawless IV's and only 16 Spa. But I tried everything 31 this time. The same problem occured. When I tried to go for IV's. The frames were skipping. God knows how. NPC's couldn't have gotten involed as the egg was layed about 10 seconds right after. Then I saved infront of the daycare man (on bike). I dunoo if it's because I'm on the bike or not. Should I be on it or not when saving? Also. Is there any other good ways avoiding these NPC's? Cause what I did was cycle into Goldenrod and straight out. or should I cycle right to the top of goldenrod and all the way back down? Someone give me there best answer.
It's normal for the first 2 frames to skip.
The spread you are looking for is maybe only available for Method 1 pokèmon which is why it's not appearing in your RNGreporter, or maybe it's because you didn't put the right synchronizer option

I'm planning on RNGing the Entei from the event going on. I went to mingot's guide on the site and picked the flawless seed: 52140289. It has a frame of 116. If the starting frame is 1 that means i have to raise the frame by an odd number. How do I do that in SoulSilver?
In Soul Silver, there's nothing you do that advances the frame by 2 other than calling Youngster Joey. Everything advances by 1.
what is something you can do that increases the frame by 1? Be specific please
^ Calling elm, however this doesn't apply for shiny eggs. There are certain stations on the radio which advance it by 1 as well, but only at certain times, check the first page of this thread. For shiny eggs you can also generate the egg, then refuse it, this increases the frame by 1, but DON'T do this for IVs.
I Have finally instlled RNG Reporter on my computer [Victory Hollering Insert here] But when i open it it just gives me a long list of words =P

Im having a REAL problem RNGing anything!
Im trying to clear my wondercards so I can get Entei, been trying to RNG Jirachi for 2 weeks nearly, and no luck.
I have an entei roaming, and thats it.
I have no problems hitting my delay of 600, but it seems I am always a second below what I want (11), Ive tried adding a second to the first timer as suggested on mirc, but I cannot seem to get out of this dry spell!
It seems that none of my elm call strings match anything when I search either.
Help appreciated...

Okay but how can I avoid the NPC? Or how can I continue to RNG starting on frame 2? Do I use the +/- feature? Or do I just have to start all over again? If I have to hit 8 frames. Do I only do 5 frames and the other to pick the egg up? Or do I just do 8 frames as usual?
