Alright i should be seeded right now,Caught my zekrom,Put his IVs in the seed to times search IVs and now i got Seed 2E917566 Date 2011 03 10 Time 7:01:15 Delay 5407 C-Gear Displayed E5CA5016
As Sprocket Said i should now open EonTimer and put the delay in the delay hit and update,Then keep updating till the diffrence between the updates is no more than 1.
Well the thing is,I did that for like 20 times and the diffrence in the calibration is like 40 or something what is wrong here?

Are you turning the cgear on at the continue screen, or during the game?
If it's during the game, you're just bad with your timing. You need to keep trying, and try to always press the buttons at a regular timing. You should be able to know if you started the game from the DS menu too late, or too soon.
The same goes for starting the CGear. When you're capable to know if you're too late or too early without even checking, you'll be a lot better at hitting your seed.

Is this the correct way to go around RNGing Thundrus? My seed's IV Frame is 7 so I do this:
I go inside the lady's house. Talk to her. Save my game. Hit my seed and advance my Frame 3 by walking 128 steps with 3 pokemon in my party. (Starting Frame for Roamers with C-Gear is 4, add 3 to get 7). I then walk outside and "encounter" Thundurus.
Is this right?

What's your seed? I ask because the RNG Reporter beta automatically does the roamer frame adjustment for you.

I have these following seeds that yield HP Ice 70 so any of these would work (first one won't if starting is 4 for roamers)
0529DCD8 - Frame 3
1228E64F - Frame 4
BB24D49E - Frame 7
Stick with 1228E64F. No advances necessary.
The delay for that is over 6000 whereas the delay for the last one is like 1900. Does that make a big difference in actually hitting it? I've done like 4k but never higher.

You forget C-Gear seeds always start on frame 3.
You won't be able to RNG for IVs at the Elite Four. You can easily get a flawless genie (at the house) or a easy shiny genie (at the Elite Four) but not both.

it says for the c gear seeds that the initial frame is 3.
but the regular generation starting frame is one for stationary legends.
so how does that work? and im going to attempt to RNG a volcarona so would it go under the same category as a stationary legendary? and after ive done the calibration part and checked the ivs of the poke then what?

Turing on the C-Gear changes the initial frame to 3. So you would look at spreads starting frame 3.
so lets see if i got it right...
a stationary legend has a frame of 1. the c gear would make it -2 since the c-gear subtracts 3 to the target. so i would have to walk 384 steps to get to the target frame of 1 with 5 pokes in my party? is that correct?
What? No, that 3 means that the RNG advances to Frame 3 automatically, and is therefore subtracted from the number of advances required. It doesn't actually decrease your target frame, and you can't hit ANYTHING with a frame below 3 using the C-Gear.

1) When I am searching for C-gear seeds on the time finder, I notice that under version it says either Black (Japanese) or White (Japanese). I am playing the english version but that shouldn't matter correct?
2) On the first page, it says that I can advance frames using pc box, but how many frames will it advance if I deposit a pokemon rather than withdraw? Is it not determined?
3) I am currently planning to rng Reshiram at N's Castle. When I go from the pc box to reshiram, no frames should advance outside of the 128 steps thing right?

So, I'm trying to make a flawless Zekrom, and the only frame under 20 I've found for such a venture is 14. Which means I would have to advance the frame 11 times. I'd rather not face Zekrom with only a Synchronizer and pray that my first Quick Ball hits. Would anyone happen to know the number of steps from the PC in the castle to Zekrom?
