They will both receive the EVs. Also, you might want to try to knock your stronger pokemon out at the same time you faint that wailord, with explosion or recoil or something, to get the most exp. You only get one shot at that huge gain level 1 pokemon get, might as well make the most of it.
It seems as though the pokemon who ko'd the wailord receives the ev's. My chart studying it showed me I had it all, but when I went to Opeculid City, he girl said he needs more evs. so, I fight a stunfisk, come back and his evs are maxed out. I guss it only levels it up. I'm sorry.

Oh, because I keep on thinking Foul Play is learned as an egg move. I meant Sucker Punch AND Counter. My bad. (I've seen the Japanese on the Wi-Fi with them.)

Breed with a Smeargle with both moves.

So you need two DSz, and you cant trade over Wi-Fi?

Yeah, Typo, to -> two

Oh, and why does it say Fat before you name when you get quoted? LOL.

It's a Smogon thing, for the lolz.

Two quick questions:

If you have a first stage evolution with one of the abilities the same as its evolution but the other is different, does using the one the evolution doesn't get mean you get the one the pre-volution doesn't get? For example:

Shelmet: Hydration/Shell Armour
Accelgor: Hydration/Sticky Hold

Would a Shelmet with Shell Armour become an Accelgor with Sticky Hold?

And secondly, is it generally preferable in competitive play to use Hydration on Accelgor even if you're not running a rain team? It seems like it would be useful on the occasions there are rain, and it would probably be more common than losing your item.

You're better off with Hydration. Much more chance of coming across a rain team trying to cripple your good speed with Twave, etc.

in-game, pre e-4 is it possible to trade (for example) a psyduck to b/w?

i mean before obtaining the national dex

thanks in advance

I know one can get two Leftovers in-game, one from under the Village Bridge and one from the in-game Munchlax trade. How can I get more? How willing are people to give up something like that?

Would Hidden Power Water work well for an Accelgor? I mean energy ball covers against rock types and Hidden power works against fire.
Use Focus Blast and HP Ice over Energy Ball and Hp Rock/Ground. You get more powerful neutral coverage and only a slightly weaker hit against fire types.

I have a Bold Milotic with IVS of 31/31/31/31/31/30 and am planning to use it as a Dragon Tail-shuffler. Normally, I would ev it (252 Def/252 HP/4 SPA), but as it happens, without any investment it reaches 236 Special Attack, which OHKOs Salamence with Ice Beam. Should I put the last 6 evs in Special Attack or Speed (does Milotic really need 198 over 197)?

No.

People on #spp-WiFi (also known as Serebii's WiFi chat) are usually willing to offer in-game items such as Life Orb, Choice items, Focus Sash, and Leftovers for Pokemon. Also, here's a tip: At night, it's daytime in Japan. Therefore, it's the time when a person on the GTS puts up their lv2 Whimsicotts holding competitive items (the ones previously listed) and ask for random Pokemon. I've gotten a Focus Sash and a Life Orb from this person.

if a pokemon with regenerator uses u-turn, does it heal itself?

Yes.
