Togekiss can't have both Nasty Plot and Baton Pass. Nasty Plot is an egg move in 4th gen and it only learns Baton Pass in Pokemon XD.

Doesn't togetic learn baton pass at level 42? Thus can't it learn both baton pass and nasty plot?
Oh crap.. you're right. Tri-Attack is the XD exclusive move. I guess I mixed it up with all of the Baton Passers that are exclusive to that game.
In that case, ya, I have a Togetic/Togepi that has both Nasty Plot and Baton Pass.
Would you be interested in a UT Zapdos (lv60) AND a UT Dialga (lv70) for the Togetic that knows both moves?
