When I'm RNG breeding, do I have to go directly from the paused game (after my chatot chats) to get the egg from the daycare man before the NPCs move? Cause I'm having trouble getting my result and I think it is because of the two pokemon running around in the playground.
Yes, and to be clear on the Pokemon in the playground. They don't advance the frame as they have set path, but they are a way to tell time, in a way. As there is an NPC that will advance the frame, and if you're fast enough they will only move one space, and from there if there was a frame advanced, you can tell if it will be advanced again.
Yes, there should be. I know my frame was shifted by 20 every time I tried RNGing it.

Did you check if the IVs are the ones you wanted?
yep, I already found my PID though. It was 68 which is weird.

I keep trying to check my Shifted Starting Frame while breeding, but I keep getting something that, by all accounts, is way too early to be a SSF.
I'm using this seed: B48428BE99771AC8
Whenever I hatch the egg, I always get something from frame 8 or 10, rather than frame 40-60. What am I doing wrong? Neither of the parents are holding items, I'm not pressing down any buttons while the game loads, I believe I'm hitting my seed, I'm listening to the Chatter and picking up the egg as fast as I can.

Did you take into account the initial PID? Even though it won't end up being, let's say 51, it can end up being 52-55. (If you fast enough to open, close, and talk to the old man outside, assuming your in front of him.)
Btw if your using the Chatots, you could end up having the PID go over 60.
But the thing is, I'm ending up with the PID frame at either 10 or 99. Either way, something is wrong and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
You can't have the PID frame below 38. Some say 40, but once I got 38. It will always start above that or 40. You have to calibrate what PID your on, so then you'll know how many times you need to advance it to your desired PID.

If I'm not getting 10's, then I'm hitting 99, which makes just as much sense, since I'm doing everything as quickly as I can.
The strange part is that this isn't the first time I RNG'd a bred Pokémon, and that went off without a hitch. Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Am I just widly missing my seed or something?
EDIT: And for the record, I am Calibrating. I'm getting these strange results during calibration.

What are your min/max frames, and is this the first time you have run a shiny search since entering your SID?
You won't get a DW egg if you're using a ditto since it skips that step if ditto is involved. Are any of your parents international?
MMX probably hit on the problem. If you have both Dream World Ability only and Ditto Parent boxes checkes, you won't get any results since it is impossible to get the DW ability when breeding with a Ditto. If taking the Ditto out still doesn't fix it and you're sure you have the right SID entered, close the program and open it again. Sometimes, it doesn't seem to work for people until they restart the program.
I'm trying the first solution out, taking out the ditto. I have a Flawless DW male Espeon I'll breed with the Female DW Eevee.
Okay, same situation. I changed out Ditto for a DW Japanese Male Flawless Espeon and I changed the breeding type to BW International. Same Min and Max frames and I double checked my SID to make sure it's correct I even restarted RNGreporter. I've searched 2 months now and still not a single frame that I need. :/

Probably a silly question but you did uncheck the Ditto Parent box, right? If so, can you get us a picture of your screen?
EDIT: I should have thought to ask this earlier. What do you have your keypresses set to?
