To use the capture tab to find eggs is pretty easy to do. To find Shiny eggs is a whole other story. It's not much different Just a longer search. First you pick 3 stats that you need to pass down to your offspring.
Like say your doing a search for a 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP Ice Flawless baby. First you want to search for a seed from min and max frame 8. Select Method 5 Standard seed and Gift Pokemon as the encounter type. Now If you only have Hex Flawless parents you want to search in the capture tab for 31/30/30/x/x/x. With a search like this you'll be able to find the IVs that are needed for your baby that your parents can't provide. Then when you find a seed you plug it into the main window of RNGreporter. Select either BW or BW international as your Method. Click Calculate Initial PID Frame then Click Generate. Now look at your results and try and find where it shows your desired nature and correct inheritance. Once you find that frame, target to hit that frame and once you hit it, you have your Baby.
