Has there ever been a vote on this, or anything else to validate it as policy other than the leaders saying "because I said so" and shutting down any consideration of reasonable alternatives to how complex bans are regarded?
I would say earth power, higher spA. And on TTar, depends on the set. Lead set= SR.whats better on gastrodon: earth power or earthquake?
and based on experience, does standard tyranitar work better with SR or Superpower?
Para-shuffler Dragonite or a Jirachi work well in OU.What's a good pokemon OU or UU to pass around T-Wave?
Which explains Pelipper and Lanturn.I think the idea is to focus on the metagame (like RU,UU) where they really shine, rather than some obscure niche they serve in OU.

You need to keep your rating above 1450 to keep the voting privileges, and because of rating decay, that means continuing to play ladder matches. Rating decay will be reversed automatically if you play often enough rather than permanently impacting your score, so don't worry about it; just keep it in mind.If we reach a rating of 1450 on Smogon's OU ladder, are we automatically granted voting privileges and get that check next to our name? What happens suppose that we get the voting privilege, then our rating drop below 1450?
