Problem hitting my desired seed

Here I am again,
Beware: long story

I recalibrated everything and got a constant Timer0 (C80), my VCount is now 60 (no longer 90, I'm assuming it got changed accidentally).
I found a seed I liked (CDD26D5B89653823) and set the date and time for it on my DS, I also need to hold the buttons B-Start-Down while loading the game.
I start my game a second before the actual time. I know I'm hitting the same seed over and over again as I keep getting the same Kyurem. This is however, not the one I want. So I'm sure I'm missing my seed/doing something wrong.
I had the feeling I was doing something wrong with the keypresses, in order to confirm this I've selected a random seed without keypresses. I start the game 1 second before the actual time and I've hit that seed one time. After that I kept getting another Kyurem, but that one stays the same. I've searched and it seems I must reset the clock to a minute before/after the desired minute and then to the minute I should hit my seed in. I've hit the seed like 5 times now.
After this I know my Parameters are correct and I know that I start the game at the correct time. However, I think this confirms something's off with the keypresses for me, as I can't get my desired seed with keypresses, but can without them.
In order to get a nice near-flawless shiny Kyurem I need the keypresses or it won't generate a seed for me (seeing the chance is so small).

I'd like to tell how I do the keypresses, so someone may see what's wrong with them. My keypresses for this seed are B-Start-Down.
When at the start-up screen, waiting for the time to start the game, I hold my B and Start, when I hit A, I let go of A and also press Down. At that time I'm pressing: B, Start and Down.
I keep holding these keys untill the Gamefreak animation starts, just to make sure I don't let go before the "Nintendo/pokemon company" logo appears.

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong (maybe just the keypresses, but maybe something else)? Thank you in advance! If more information is needed, I'd gladly give it.

It's your Timer0. It fluctuates between a few values.

I've had indeed a fluctuating timer0, but why do I keep hitting the seed without keypresses but not with keypresses? Should I generate a complete new list of seeds with my other timer0? I also should add that I've got 7 times out of 8 the same timer0, the other 1 it was a different one, the chance of it being that timer0 seems so small, could it really be causing the problem?

You should try searching for different seeds using the Timer0 you have now. Are you sure you hitting the same seed? If you can't hit a seed using no keypresses if the seed requires keypresses.

EDIT: Just keep trying. My Timer0 trolls me every once in a while.

Sorry, I think I didn't explain correctly:
If I try hitting a seed which requires no keypresses, I can hit it without problems.
If I try hitting a seed which does require keypresses, I keep hitting a different seed as my Kyurem stays the same, this is not the seed I wanted though (different IV spread and nature).
Does this clarify it a bit?

Also, I've only got two seeds with my desired IV-spread and they both require keypresses. I haven't been able to hit any of these two.

Either keep searching for seeds with no keypresses, or just keep trying to hit it. They can sometimes take hours to hit seed.

I've been trying to breed a shiny Roggenrola with perfect IVs, yesterday I managed to breed a shiny Joltik, so I've been able to hit my seed before.

The parents are a Ditto 31/31/31/31/31/27 and a Female Roggenrola 31/31/31/30/31/31, I've managed to find a seed of a perfect shiny Roggenrola at frame 75. My SF was 45, and my SSF (mentioned in Tesseraction's guide) is +5 so my starting frame would be 50. I open the menu as fast as I can and use Chatter 25 times, then just as fast, I exit the menu and grab my egg.

When I hatch it, however, my Roggenrola ALWAYS matches the 50th frame, so the frame I started on.

I've tried two different seeds, with my two different timer0 counts c7F and c80. Every time, the pokémon hatched is my starting frame.

Is Chatter somehow not advancing my frame? I'm not sure what to do about this. Anyone had this experience before?

Make sure your Chatter hasn't reset to normal. That sounds like it could be the problem.

I've re-recorded chatter amin or so prior to my target time, i did notice the reset before thankfully aha. My chatot is definitely quoting my frustration right now xD

I re-recorded the chatot chatter, saved, edited time settings etc on DS then reloaded, nada

I usually recommend finding your parameters with a keypress - you can enter the button(s) in the drop-down boxes on the DS Parameters box. Bond697 swears it shouldn't have any effect, but I'm of the belief that keypresses do affect the Timer0 you get most of the the time.

I don't have a 3DS yet, but I think I'm getting one for Christmas (yay!) so I would like to ask for future reference: Are standard seeds on a 3DS the same as a regular DS? Like, is there any difference with when you press keypresses, or when you start the game, etc?

Once you boot the game from the 3DS menu, same as DS Lite: hold down your key presses till Poke Company / Ninty logo disappear. Major difference: on average, you start 8 seconds earlier from target time.

I was seeing the 5G Shiny Egg tab, on the last RNGR version (9.92 or something). I've found a good spread, shiny, Quiet 31-x-31-31-31-0, with Dream World ability. Some questions:
  • Target frame is 45, initial is 1, starting is 8, so i have to do 37 advancements, and i don't have a Chatot. Do i have to save 37 times or there's something else i can do?
  • A Dream World ability can't be passed if you breed a poke and Ditto. Except for that, the process is the same as if i did it without DW ability?
  • I found my Desmume has a Frame Skip feature, is it somehow related at frames?

Starting frame 8 only applies to IVRNG. You do not need to worry about that. You NEED Chatots to be successful at shiny breeding. Also, initial frame is not 1 because eggs come from the PIDRNG, and those start between 39-55.
  • A Dream World ability can't be passed if you breed a poke and Ditto. Except for that, the process is the same as if i did it without DW ability? Yes.
  • I found my Desmume has a Frame Skip feature, is it somehow related at frames? No.

I'll get a Chatot. When in RNG > Time Finder > 4G/5G Shiny Egg (BW International), there's only one tab for PID and IVs, i can make a screen / save a CSV to show results, so, what to do?

And also, what about the PM you sent me?

I am using RNG reporter 9.92 beta, and trying to RNG a flawless Adamant Wonder Card Victini (the one with V-Create). I have not found the target seed and frame during December with the nature I wanted, but my DS's MAC address is 001AE90FD793. I haven't verified my seed yet because I have not tried yet, due to the fact that no results are being generated with the desired nature on them for this month.
What I want to know is if it's okay to change the month. Say, for example, I get the Wondercard from mystery gift, then save in a pokemon center in front of the delivery man. The desired result appeared in January 25 of 2012 (according to RNG Reporter), so I change the DS's clock to that date after saving in front of the delivery man, and RNG from there. Is it possible to get the desired result, or will it only work if the date is between 12-3-2011 and 12-31-2011 because of the time span of the wondercard giveaway?
