Strange sounds in the World

Too be honest, if some of these sounds are coming from canada, then most likely it wouldn't be what everyone is saying a dragon from skyrim. It would be too cold for them to live in our climate at this time of year. But I like the paranormal, so I'll stick with this thread.

It has to be a mammal then..... but what kind of mammal can make sounds that loud? Definitely something big.

The sounds sounded natural. If they could be heard for miles? Most likely a group of humans trying to pull a prank wouldn't be able to do that. Especially since it's happening all over the world. Drills? As I said, this sounds natural.

Oh man...... Regigigas could totally be the kind of thing to make that sound. If golems existed, then that would be plausible seeing as since we're talking up north? More speculation!
 
The guy who posted that very first vid linked in the OP re-posted it. The new upload has much clearer audio. The old one was all distorted and metalic so you couldn't really hear the noise clear enough to tell what it was.

The US needs to redeem itself after Godzilla 2004. Cuz we all know that was shit.

and yea they are making godzilla oh yeah! but no trailer yet so it cant be that sound.

some people have suggested its some kind of viral marketing but that's debatable
 
I was going to make a more serious post but then I realized that this doesn't sound like cloverfield or optimus prime or skyrim dragons.

This sounds like the giants from Majora's Mask!
 
Now I was sort of being silly about it being about Cloverfield, but then I went and listen to the monster's roar. Now it might just be me, but it does sound sort of like it.

Edit: And this is something I wouldn't put pass JJ Abrams and Matt Reeves doing since the first movie was done so secretly. But I'm a huge fan of Cloverfield, so this might be me just wanting a second movie so bad.

Also, the clip that starts at about 1:30 with the really blue video. That noise sounds A LOT like a cinder block being dragged across concrete.
 
I took a look all around youtube to see who else had strange sounds in there own countrys. I then went to google earth and joined all the places up together where these sounds where heard and guess what all these places have in common; They are all near The North Atlantic Ocean. Its obviously something to do with the North Atlantic Ocean when you join the places together. Over 50 videos have these noises in a country that's near the North Atlantic Ocean.

:D Guess what part of the ocean did the Cloverfield monster landed in? The North Atlantic Ocean. Guess what else? Yesterday was the 4 year anniversary of the premiere of Cloverfield. Coincidence maybe?
 
Rationally, it's either a smuggled bird that bred with another and can't talk right, or wind blowing through the trees just right.
 
I'm pretty sure I recognised the music from that ancient Age of Mythology game. Near the start of the first video.
 
yeah maybe venom is about right

cloverfield 2 was confirmed to be in the works as far back as march 2011, although afaik they were only throwing story ideas/hammering the plot down then, so this seems v early to start viralling it up
 
Naw they do viral videos as a form of excitement before the trailer itself. (Though for a movie like Cloverfield the shaky home camera kinda shit could be the trailer).

If it has come from an animal why wasn't it heard before, why should it cause such a stir just now. Maybe a dinosaur has emerged from frozen ice somewhere there. I will be delighted if it were so.
