Ice Burn and Freeze Shock. 140 base power. Honestly it's better to compare it to Sky Attack since it's the same base power and has the same charge turn. A charge turn that I highly doubt they'll remove just for Kyurem.

Well they're Kyurem's moves in the first place, unless you think they'll go to someone else

Well, smeargle's got access to everything it can sketch, and it'd be weird for a move to work for smeargle differently than anything else that has it. That's more or less what I'm talking about.

Well, they made the distinction with Curse between Ghost and every other type. If they limit it to Ice types not having the charge turn (Because Smeargle is the only other Pokemon who can get them) that would make sense. And they signature moves for those forms, so it is entirely possible.

Maybe GF will give him an ability the negates the charge turn of moves. Unlikely but would be pretty sweet if they did.

It would have been kind of pointless for them to design those moves to have charge turns in the first place then, wouldn't it? I don't think it's going to happen. There's really no reason to.

Oh, I though they were both 130 bp and essentially ice versions of bolt strike and blue flare minus the charge. Yeah I guess loosing the charge turn is pretty unlikely.

Do you guys think that just like Dialga had the Adamant Orb (which increases the power of dragon and steel moves) Kyurem will have a sort of item which will:
- either increase the power of Ice+Electric or Ice+Fire moves depending from the form it is in at the moment.
-or (assuming that B/W-Kyurem keeps his Ice/Dragon typing) which will give him resistances to types he would have if he would be the type connected to the merged form he assumed (zekrom or reshiram)...

? not that I'm that interested in BW-Kyurem, but do you guys think there will be (a) specific item(s) for him?

But yeah, I honestly think either the meloetta method or giratina method are most likely ways to transform Kyurem. I personally purrfur the latter.
Kyurem came from a meteor. What other pokemon came from a meteor and changes forms?
Why couldn't kyurem change forms like deoxys does?

Totally not going to mention the fact that I completely forgot deoxys. However, that does also seem just as plausible.

I really hope we can change the forms in some way outside of battle. Darmanitan-Z and Meloetta-P aren't that useful because you have to meet some sort of condition in the battle in order to get them to work.

As for abilities.. since there is no hidden ability for it in BW, Teravolt/Turboblaze make perfect sense, given it gets imitations of Zekrom/Reshirams tails attached..

I'm confident there won't be a new ability for it.
They included all attacks in BW, no reason to exclude any abilities then.

Yeah, there won't be a new Kyurem-exclusive ability.
But there could be a new ability for the Kyruem formes the way Giratina-O got Levitate and Shaymin-S got Serene Grace.
If they want to claim it is a very powerful Dragon, without bloating its BST beyond Arceus, give it Tinted Lens.

Did anyne else feel like the abilities related to the dragons having those huge generators stuck on their tails?

At this point B/W-Kyurem's abilities could be anything from an Ice version of Torrent/Blaze/Overgrow to the Terabolt/Turboblaze or something to do with Thermal and Ice/Freeze

That would be stretching it. Remember, Hoenn isn't a suburb of Unova. Hoenn is a tropical region far away, not something you'd take a regional train to visit. It's also an island, contrary to Johto and Kanto which are separated by a single mountain range.

Besides, Hoenn isn't as urban as Unova. Most Hoennese cities are within walking distance of each other, and those who aren't are really far out in the wilderness (Mossdeep, Sootopolis, Lilycove, Fallarbor, Dewford). I can't see a subway working there.

In short, don't expect a game with two full-blown regions. It's either just Hoenn with a taste of Unova (highly unlikely), Unova with a taste of Hoenn (or somewhere else).

And then instead of remaking R/S you just play through it a different way, the Gym leaders will have higher level pokemon than if you were to start in the beginning, just like G/S
