In a multi battle, does Beat Up only do damage from your own pokemon, or both you and your partner?
TheMantyke and I tried this with Jimera0 and a friend, it only Beats Up from your side... So only 3 hits :( Sorry.

Well, if you look at Serebii, it has a list of known Egg moves for Froakie. Which, in all honesty, the only good/competitive move is Toxic Spikes. Are there notable Greninja egg moves? With notable we include Doubles and Triples.
Not sure where to ask it because it is a question about competitive play, albeit about stuff in-game.
Thanks for the reply. We usually do not trust Serebii in such an early stage, but it is the only source that matters right now. We have heard the rumor that it can learn Wide Guard from Tirtouga but cannot confirm that because we lack the appropriate fossil.Well, if you look at Serebii, it has a list of known Egg moves for Froakie. Yes, the stats are applied automatically and fully after training. The current level of your Pokémon has no influence. If I start supertraining a Pokemon that I caught over Level 50 (e.g. Zapdos) and battle with it online with normal rules (caps Level to 50) will it have EV-increased Stats?
Quick damage calc question:
After having Stone Miss work its magic time and time again, I'm going to rework my Tyranitar.
I'm going off this set:
Adamant Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EV's: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk
- Crunch
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge / Ice Beam / Ice Fang
- Fire Blast
I'm foregoing pursuit for stealth rock because I mostly play 3V3 and I've noticed getting up rocks on the switch usually helps me more than the pursuit. In 6V6 I keep pursuit since I have ferrothorn for rock support and he's not always viable in a 3V3 matchup. I'm also using fire blast instead of a fighting move due to playing X&Y battle spot and not PS!
My question is, would it be better to run Ice Beam or Ice Fang on this set? I know Ice Beam has a higher BP, but Tyranitar's Attack stat is much better than it's SpA, no?
You can't use SR with assault vest
Breeding with Ditto allows moves to be passed down (at least we can say that for males). Hitmonchan -> Tyrogue -> HitmontopHow can one breed egg moves onto tyrogue if you can only use a ditto + tyrogue evo line pair as parents? let's say I want rapid spin and bullet punch at the same time, how can I go about doing it?
Alright, thanks. I'll go edit the other one.Breeding with Ditto allows moves to be passed down (at least we can say that for males). Hitmonchan -> Tyrogue -> Hitmontop
Also, we think it is not advisable to post the same post twice in the forums.
I would say that Eevee screams to be an Umbreon... if this was 5th gen and we had access to Foul Play move tutor. I'd honestly figure out what other IVs it has. If its SpA IV is decent enough (20+) then go Vaporeon or Sylveon.Hello I am new here, so if this is posted in the wrong place, I apologize.
Ok so yesterday, i was given a shiny Eevee by a random as he claimed was a Thanksgiving present.
Anyway on point, it is calm nature and has 31 IV's in HP, Def, Sp Def.
So I have been trying to decide for a day now what i'm supposed to evolve it into!
I would like it to be a special wall; I think vaporeon (Wish, Protect, Scald, Ice beam) would be viable but i'm not sure…
So any ideas/suggestions would be nice - Jhold
Keep in mind Wish is an egg move. If it came with Wish then you have no problem, but if it doesn't have Wish then you can't use it.Hello I am new here, so if this is posted in the wrong place, I apologize.

Pardon me if this has been asked before, but when exactly does the third Pokemon in a Friend Safari show up? I've only seen two, but I've been told that you can have up to 3 mons per safari.
Thanks.
You have to be online at the same time as that other person. This only needs to be done once, afterwards both of you will see each other's 3rd mons and Hidden Abilities.
Does unaware ignore Choice specs and Choice band or only things like swords dance?
Why is it always fucking raining every time I need to go level something or EV train on route 19?
