Well in UU Toxicroak is a pretty common switch in to Milotic, and Milotic can't really do anything to it. So it switches into Milotic expecting to set up and instead gets OHKOd by a 4x super effective HP Psychic. :P Bold nature with Haze as an egg move too please. No rush, take your time if you need to. Hey, what's up. Hope I am not interfering with anything, but I got another problem with RNG'ing. You see, I keep getting wrong delays, and they are not even on the right target time. You see, I am trying to get 2:15:14, with a delay of 794, but I keep getting things like 794, or 826 on times like 2:15:12, or 2:30:13, so how do I make so I land on a target time with 14 seconds, not 13 or 12?
