I have your careful perfect IV roselia with sleep powder ready. It (edit: I took a break) took a break after everyone went to bed this evening to do a little RNG breeding. The roselia also has leaf storm. You can either have an egg to hatch it non-shiny in your game, or have it shiny (hatched in my game). If you want it shiny, let me know if you have a hatch location preference in HGSS.
