My delay was 5753 I think? Yeah, and I had about 9 seconds of waiting time. So I'd go for anything between 5500 and 6000; those seem possible but not annoying.

I have semiredis rights for all of them except for Celebi. Cloning is considered different from redistributing though.
Celebi, Machop, Larvitar and Lucario are not redis, Magikarp, Gastly and Vaporeon fully redis.
