I know I already owe you a lot of cedits, but I was wondering if you'd be willing to do a Bold 31/0/31/31/31/31 Shiny (on your game) Feebas for me. I'll clone the egg and hatch a non-shiny version and get it back to you (or trade it to a different one of your games) like we discussed before.
Most of the feebas I've found have been designed for HP Electric, but I'd like a simple Toxic/Ice Beam/Surf/Recover Milotic for my team. :P
I understood the seeds/frames and everything else. Also, is it possible to RNG a pokemon in the Safari Zone in HGSS? I really need a perfect Cacturne, but it's impossible to RNG it in the sandstorm(DPPt)
Also, is it possible to RNG stationary NPC pokemon. Like such as...Mewtwo/Heatran/Legendary Birds/ and also Rotom?
