    Thing is I want my Dual Screener to have Wish :(
    And the only other Poke I know of that learns all three is Jirachi (Species Clause D:) And Espeon (Umm T-Tar, and Zor say hi... So thats a no...)

    Emerald RNG is pretty simple, every 1/60th of a second has different nature/IVs. Somehow I've missed this specific 60th of a second every time, but I've hit all around it. Oh well, all this has given me enough time to rack up enough battle points in my cartridge to actually buy the tutor moves once I actually get the Registeel.
    Can you do SID checks? I might as well see if my friend has any good shiny frames once I get the Registeel.

    Remember I told you it's a matter of luck before I get the Registeel? Well, it just so happens that all pokemon games hate me and will do anything to make me want to throw them across the room. For the past ~40 tries, I've hit within 10 frames of the target, never actually hitting it. I'm going to have Registeel nightmares forever....

    lol well, using Pikachu in Trick Room is stupid. It has base 90 speed :| Clamperl actually makes sense at least, it's standard to use Clamperl with Deepseatooth in TR rain.
