    this is what I do....it might be the only pokemon-related stuff I can do..but I know how to do it....I dont count the last set of evs because im sure the first two were done correctly...but these are your pokemon....go and check them and as I said before is there is anything wrong i'll gladly fix it!

    this is exactly how I do it:
    infect the pokemon with pokerus and give it the item,lets say im looking for 252 special attack,im training a pikachu.
    I give it an attack like thunderbolt which has decent pp,I will just battle psyducks,if a golduck I just flee. thunderbolt has 15 pp, I use all of them get to the pokemon center heal get back and battle 10 more psyducks,remove the item and battle one more.
    now I have the 252 evs...im pretty sure I have done a good gob,but if there is anything wrong please let me know! ;]
    Hey, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Anyway, if it's all right with you, I could trade you a few 5th gen mons after B/W are released in exchange for a few credits for your thread (since there's nothing that I particularly need atm).

    this is how i do it;
    lets say I have a spread of 252 Hp/76 Special attact/ 180 speed
    I start with the lowest stat in this case Special attack....
    I count using the PP of a move,the only one I use, after that is done I move to the next one,speed....the same process...after that one is done I just battle the pokemon which gives the Evs of the last stat.....battle...get check up with the lady....if I dont get the ribon I just get back and keep battlinG!

    I don't think that applies to gen v, since IVs and nature are created seperatley, but I don't know for sure. I would ask someone like Bond697. He's pretty much the expert on gen v RNG.

    Careful hex flawless shiny is illegal if it is captured.
    A pokemon can be bred to be flawless careful shiny, but not captured.
    i already showed him regirock in a trade because she was accusing me and everything is legit but now he just doesnt want to admit hes wrong basicly because iv proven its legit and have proff and hack checked it
    no its not hached at all and i know this for a fact the problem was i said the wrong nature and said it was impish and also i said bred if you look at it you know that it is not breed it was caught at level 40 like everyother regie and not hacked iv had it hack checked when i first got it and i got tyranitar from a very trusted member ove on pokecomunity and im not asking you to hack check just swing by the blacklist and verify that you recived regirock and thiers nothing wrong with it
    hey someones tyring to report me for the regirock saying its hacked when i offered it to them for a trade so if they take it to the blacklist can you stand by me that ist not hacked as well as me getting it hack checked and showing it to them in a trade
    oh i have a flawless shiny flygon 252atk and 252spd and a flawless duskinoir with egg move pain split 252hp 28 atk and the rest in def if your intrested in any of these and im just gunna wait online
    i have a tyranitar flawless and eved it has 252 atk and a split betewwn def hp and speed and i have a flawless shiny regirock with 252 hp and a split between def and sp def
