I'm afraid I don't have any over-the-top pokemon. I've only RNG manipulated a few pokemon (around 5), all EV trained and at least at L.50, and chances are that you already have them for yourself.

The only thing of possible value I could offer would be one of the many pokemon from past breeding projects before I learned about RNG manipulation. And I also have a random Dialga I got over GTS from a while back. You pick.

I'm just a bit curious, considering he only has base 50 Speed and modest attack (especially with a Timid nature) so I assumed it was for Rock Polish O_o
