For one, you only need 1 EXP share to be effective; all EXP shares draw from the same 50% pool, regardless of the number.
Second, I'll try. HP, Def, SAtk, and Spe I'll be able to do, but I'm not so sure about Atk and SDef. I'll keep you posted.

When EVing the level 1 guys I traded you, can you to the following:
1. Give it the pokerus before Eving it (obvious).
2. Have a party of 5 of your own (EVed) pokemon, and then the 1 pokemon to be EVed first.
3. Have your 5 pokemon equipped w/ Experience share.
4. When battling, always defeat the poke w/ one of your EVed guys (preferably the same one, w/ a "big move" that one-hit kills and has at least 16 PP, so it's easy for you to keep track).
5 When battling high level guys (10-20), swap out multiples of your guys, then go to your 1-hit killer.

You don't have to do this on all of them, but if you could do it on 2 or 3 of the following I'd really appreciate it.

If you do all this, you should be able to keep them below level 10. If they go above level 10, you can EV them normally I suppose. But I'm aiming to construct a team for BW, so I need below-lv 10 guys. Thanks!

Tell ya what - EV the first 4 (of the 5) Pokes I gave you, and when you're done w/ them you can trade me them and the other 2 whose EVs you fixed. We'll worry about more guys to Ev after that, K?
