    If you meant 456, then yes that is right. Make sure you keep good track of your advancements. Have you heard of the trick where you hold down on the D-pad and then press the bottom right station?
    Are you sure that your Latias frame is two? Mine was only one. Because according to the RNG help thread: When the roamers are regenerated post-E4, their stats are created via Method 1 on the following frames: 1st roamer: frame 1. Since Latias was the only one you KO'ed, it will become the first roamer and therefore on frame 1.
    Nope. Hitting your seed is what matters. After hitting it, you can put your DS on sleep for as long as you want and still start right back up. You will have to keep track of what frame you are on, because you will not able to call Elm.

    how do i advance my frame if the lower right button of the radio only shows buena's password?(which does not advance the frame IIRC?)

    You need to wait for the next hour and it will change to another station that will advance it by 1.

    i think its always zero, ibe never had to use it so...elm calls are easier at advancing by one anyway :P
