Not at all, I made the guide to help people so the more people it can reach the better.
Just saw this, I've got a bit of a guide here and would be happy to try to answer any other questions you have about chained shiny RNG.
I have tested it on my HG cart and it seems that Charmander's starting frame is 5 and not 9.
As for Bulbasaur it is 1 like it is mentioned in the guide.
For Squirtle though, I have no idea whatsoever, but it probably is 9, not sure though.
lol yeah 824 is my birthdate...i guess we share the same birthday :p i figured everything out with rnging hg and ss...may try to learn the other 4th gen versions for the stationaries...not sure though...i rnged my id/sid not to long ago and got a flawless timid shiny palkia from the arceus event...if you want you can check out my rng in my sig i posted all my rng's there linked to my pokecheck...i have it in my sig in the other fourm...
I need rngig my sid on emerald, i know that i need search for a compatible seed, deducing my Sid, but i search in every seed like 2000 frames and canot find the right seed =S how i can do this more eficient?

sorry im actually from serebii i just joined to starting picking up my game for competitive battling...im a clan leader of one the three biggest and oldest clans on that forum...i recently wanted to learn to rng 4th gen rnging so someone sent me a link to your guide...its very well done and understandable :) that guide rnged almost all my stationaries on my soulsilver game :) i just need to get entei and latios and ill be all set...

At Orlando or Athens? I didn't get much chance to mingle with the Smogon crowd at either... I was mainly hanging out with my local TCG friends. I'll have to make more of an effort next time :)

Props on the great 4th gen RNG guide! Just so I'm clear, when you talk about the shiny Manaphy, you're saying that game B should be HG/SS since you can be more certain that you hit the right seed and frame with the WonderCard, correct?
Working, making money, paying bills. You know how it is. Though I still play pokemon just not as much. Such a shame. That and I never really got into 5th gen as much as I did 4th gen. I still play just don't know squat about the meta.
